Overall a good experience. The arrival time for the installation is good, service is perfect. The installer is very nice and professional. Now I have very nice windows in my house.

My friend recommended this company to me. At first, I hesitated to try and only bought three windows from landmark. Turn out, the entire process was professional, very impressed. The sale rep is very knowledge and explained a lot vital things to me. The customer service is excellent and our concern had been solved immediately. The installers are very competent and polite. They kept our home clean during the installation process and I really appreciated that. The windows make our home look really lovely and we saved a lot of money on the energy bills. After that, I purchased four windows and two doors from landmark. I highly recommend landmark to me. Do not hesitate, just try it!

I was contacted by a member of Landmark's marketing team, now I don't generally take solicitation phone calls but I guess i was having a good day and decided to give them a chance. I was set up with an estimate for my windows and doors at my earliest convenience and their rep came to my home and was very friendly, courteous and on time. I was impressed with their product so we decided to replace all of our windows and doors and placed the order with the rep that day. Once it came time to install my windows and doors it was a bad time of year, we had scheduled an appointment but had to rebook due to some poor weather conditions - I received a phone call first thing in the morning and was rescheduled immediately, they were so kind and apologetic about the situation, bad weather happens i was just grateful they let me know. The installers showed up on time and prepared the day we rescheduled and all the windows and doors went in with no problems. When they were done they took me through and explained how to work them, gave me a checklist and asked I thoroughly check their work and detail anything I am not satisfied with. Needless to say I had zero complaints. Even when I had a small issue with one of the locks a few weeks after they were installed, I phone their customer service department and they had a technician out within a week and he replaced the lock, no problem! I've never been happier to pull in my driveway and see such a lovely home, I owe it all to Landmark! I recommend them to anyone who asks

My experience with landmark is absolutely pleasant. The installers did a fantastic job in less than ideal conditions (snow & freezing temperature). The installers were also punctual, professional and clean. We are amazed with landmark's unique foam filled technology and quality. I can't imaging all those bad feedbacks

We had a salesman coming in our house telling us nice things about Landmark windows, how good the quality of their windows are and how qualified and trained are their installers. Also, how great is their lifetime warranty. Well let me tell you, the installers did a poor job to put the windows in. It is very difficult to get a hold of Landmark and get a repairman to fix the mistakes done during installation. If you like quality work, don't do business with Landmark home solutions and don't beleive anything they say.

I purchased Landmark windows last month. I purchased 5 for my dining room. When the installers were done and were showing me how to properly operate the windows, I was so impressed I decided to order the rest of my home. I would recommened Landmark to anyone who would ask.!

If you are thinking of using Landmark, think again. I did everything you are suppose to before we purchased windows from them 3 years ago, internet search, talk to people never found anything bad about them, until I found out they have changed their name on more than one occasion, making web searches a waist of time. They made a mess of our home, installed the wrong windows, showed up when they were not suppose to be here and never showed up when they were suppose to. They have just come back again today to fix a leak that I have been calling them about for 4 months. They have been here at least 10 time to fix problems that are not going away and it takes me months to get them here every time. And today I see a note on the servicemans clip board telling him to tread lightly with me because I keep complaining!! I have a 2 inch thick file of what has been happening and over 400 pictures of all the problems...they offered me $500 to shut me up!!! $500 for $20,000 worth of nightmare windows. I hate my windows, they do not close properly, they are less energy efficient then the old windows I replaced, and it is almost impossible to get them out here to fix anything without threatening them with a lawyer or the BBB. Again if you are looking at buying new windows I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF HIRE LANDMRK HOMES FOR 8 WINDOWS AND A FRONTDOOR AND SLIDERS. FIRST THE COMPANY CAME ON HE WRONG DATE. MY HUSBAND HAD TO LEAVE WORK. THEN THEY HAD WHITE CAULKING ALL OVER MY AREA RUGS PLUS THEY BENT ONE OF MY BLINDS. THEY HAD THERE SHOES ON IN MY HOME THAT THEY WEAR OUTSIDED. THEY PUT A HOLE IN THE DRIVEWAY FROM SAWING ON IT. THE DRIVEWAY WAS JUST PAVED. THEY THEN LOST THE KEYS TO THE FRONT DOOR I HAD TO ORDER A NEW LOCK. NOW WE HAVE JUST NOTICED THE TILE IN THE KITCHN AROUND THE SLIDERS HAS BE CRACKED AND CHIPED AND THE ONE SLIDER IT LOOKS LIK T HAS BEEN CUT WITH A KNIFE.I STILL DONT HAVE THREE WINDOWS THAT I HAVE PAYED FOR TWO MONTHS AGO.IF YOU ARE GOING TO LANDMARKS HOME THINK BEFORE YOU DO . THIS IS ALL AT A COST OF 150000

Our experience working with Landmark Home Solutions was excellent. Their salesman came right to our home and did a wonderful job of explaining the difference types of windows available in the marketplace. He was very informative without being pushy or taking up too much of our time. The windows were installed exactly when we wanted them to be and the installation team was very effecient, completing the job within hours and completely cleaning up after themselves. The results are not only great looking, but clearly energy effecient as you just have to walk into the room to see the difference the new windows make. I would hightly recommend this company.

This company was very professional product was great and they really paid attention to detail. They even cleaned up after job was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs new windows.
