So far so good with the windows, but we had ordered colonial grids and the windows arrived with regular grids. It appears like Dave did a very nice job on the install. He was personable and efficient. His truck leaked some oil in our driveway

Chose to go with Landmark Home Solutions to replace our window, and we want to say thank you to Jim Knapp for the installation, we are very pleased with the look of our new window and look forward to the comfort of being able to open the window and give us some fresh air, as our previous window was a one pane fixed.

We had a pretty good experience except for the errors that were made with the paper work translating to the work that was done. They forgot to include the window in the kitchen and the living room window was almost installed before noticing it wasn't the baywindow we requested. The ground was littered with nails and screws after.

We are overwhelmed by the professionalism of the team of installers. Although your above questions cover most of our comments, I still feel it necessary to put it in words. We have already recommended your product to interested friends. We have expresses our delight with the windows themselves but I always add about the professionalism of the work crew. We have nothing but rave reviews to give. The office staff has always been polite and friendly when called. If they cannot answer our question, they research it and get right back to us. Another great install!! Dave and Wayne were very friendly while being professional. The inside of the house was cleaned of debris. A clean, efficient install of multiple windows and a patio door. All of your installers should follow Dave's example. Great price, great product and an even better installer! After many attempts with the office to book a service call, Dave was dispatched. The service call by Dave to make the kitchen window level and to replace a broken latch went well. Dave continues to be an asset to the company. Another service call required however because of another faulty latch.

They were very respectful and made sure everything was done correctly and even asked my opinion on certain things,friendly and would gladly have them back when I replace the other windows and doors

We couldn't be more pleased with the full process of purchasing and installation of our 2 new Landmark Windows. These were the final 2 that we needed to finish off our home and they were the 2 biggest - Full Kitchen Picture/Sliders & Main Living Room Bay...a large investment. Both Jim Walsh (Sales) and John Klassen (Installer) were great! They were very pleasant, honest and personable - which made us feel this purchase was the right choice. These are the best windows we've purchased (along with ones from the same company over 10 yrs ago) and the craftsmanship of the install is outstanding, second to none...and we pay close attention to detail. We were concerned that we would never find the company (name changed) that put in our 2 children's windows over 10 yrs ago...but after our meeting with Jim Walsh, we were ecstatic to discover we'd found the same windows again!! The only thing in the survey that I'm not confident about is the Logos on the vehicles/clothing - I am just unsure and was on my way out to work so I was somewhat preoccupied. But I do know the sign was placed before any work commenced.

Another pleasant experience, this is Randy's second installment here. Highly pleased with the windows. Cleaned up the site so well that you would never know he was here. We will be installing more windows as finances permit. Hopefully our same installer will return.
