The Installer Dave Boucock is an excellent & safety- conscious worker, who does his work diligently. Kindly refer to my email to Enzo Bolzon dated Feb 15th, 2012. We would not hesitate to introduce Landmark Home Solutions to our relatives & friends as well as encourage them to request for Installer Dave Boucock. His mission was accomplished within 7 hours! He certainly deserves not only a pat on his back but an incentive-bonus!

I have been very well pleased with my first Landmark window purchase & installation back in November 2010. I know I will be very pleased with 3 more Landmark windows... The installers were very professional and answered all of our questions. I would recommend these two guys to any person. Joe and Adrien knew what they were doing. We were very pleased with the work that they did for us. The windows were not mesured the right size , to fit the window openings.They had to fill them in with insulation.We were very disappointed with that as now we don't have the same glass size.I belive that the factory took the salesmen sizing, not the contrator measurements, as they came and remeasered and made the adjustment.The contractor did the very best job they could with the windows that they have. The windows seem to be good , but winter hasn't come yet, we live were the wind can gust a lot. I hope that the insulation around the windows will keep out the wind, as we didn't have any problem with the old windows in this way.

Very impressed with the installer, being that the person who did the measurements did them wrong, so obviously the doors, winds etc including the custom built front door was cut from the bottom instead of the top, meaning my door handle is 5 inches too low, making the appearance not very professional looking. It had nothing to do with the installer as the door was installed before the handle and knob were. I am hoping that this will somehow be looked after. Thank you, Mel Thompson

This is the second time we have purchased windows from Landmark, and we now have all Landmark windows in our home. The quality of product and service is excellent and we have been very impressed with all Landmakr employees we have dealt with.

We have an older home which we love except for the single pane windows that let in so much cold air. In the winter the kids and I slept with heating blankets on! The Landmark team gave us great advice on style and colour, worked within our budget and the installation was clean and quick. Thanks Landmark for giving us another reason to love our home!

Please do NOT go with this company! It is by far the worst "business" I have ever dealt with. From the persistent cold calls all the way through the process it was nothing but a hassle. Initially they made the wrong windows and dates were changed. Upon initial arrival they did not have the proper materials and then another date had to be set up. This happened in following appointments as well. Also, I now have to stain the frames this summer 2012, after being assured that my originals could go back up as is. So it will end up being closer to a year for completion of a job that was scheduled to be completed August 2011. Furthermore, the windows are a cheap quality product. After windows were installed, 3 out of 5 locks did not work. After an extended period of time the 3 locks were finally fixed. The first time I used the one lock, it fell off in my hand. The day after the locks were fixed the first time, I received a threatening call that they were going to call a lawyer and collection agency. After requesting that the original antique windows be left on the property, I discovered a window had been taken. It was never explained what happened, a return or a discount. After window installation, I am still and will forever be dissatisfied with window locks that are up far too high (at ceiling level)and windows that do not open fully. Whatever you do ... don't go with Landmark!

Excellent experience overall. Chester and his son were highly skilled and efficient at installing our windows.they completed the job in 1 day when we scheduled two days to get it done. We are extremely satisfied, and I already recommended landmark windows to my personal teainer:) thanks for a great product and an easy change in our home.

When it rained water would always over flow right on to my walk way. I decided to buy the cover from Landmark Home Solutions that went on top of my eaves trough. The man who installed the protection system on my house cleaned out all of my gutters for free, even though they were filled with all kinds junk. He told me that they would never have to be cleaned again, which was great news. After getting this system, my eaves trough has never leaked since. The covers also look fantastic; like I got a whole brand new roof. I would highly recomend this gutter protection system to anyone.
