We called Bosco at 5:45pm and they were here within 2 hours, very happy with response time. Joe very helpful and explained everything in detail. Joe also discovered water stain, immediately called office to dispatch plumber Tony (the plumber) arrived in about an hour, diagnosed an appliance leak at no charge. Great service all around and would defiantly recommend Bosco! Thank you!

Tom G. is very knowledgeable expert about functioning and installation of the HEPA product. He gave us peace of mind, and an excellent price, too. Very polite, courteous and clean worker.

We were pleased with the work done by your staff members Roger , James (Jimmy and Aurelio, Field Supervisor to replace the drain leading from weepers in our "crawl" space has been done in a very professional, prompt and courteous manner. This work commenced on March 19th and completed as promised on March 20th. We would especially like to commend Aurelio for his consideration in installing an air filter in the work area to prevent the unavoidable dust from circulating throughout the house and making our stay in the house comfortable while the work was underway. Both Roger and Jimmy left the work site thoroughly clean when the job was done. It is our pleasure to commend all three of them for a job well done !. Roger with his cheerful nature and pleasant smile made a difficult job look easy. I totally recommend Bosco if you need any services on your Furnace. Last Friday we had some leaking from our furnace and Tom was amazing! He was so friendly and very professional. Because of his years experience in the field, he enlightened me with information on how I could improve and maintain my furnace. It was very helpful! Thank you Tom!

I was very impressed with Jay, the technician Bosco sent out. He educated me on my furnace was very respectful of our home. Even my dogs liked him. I purchased this for 34.00 from Wagjag and all I paid was the HST

I was delighted that a service person actually took the time to educate me and encouraged me to watch what he was doing. At one point, I asked him if I needed I a new humidifier filter, which would have been an extra charge, he said no. I have had bad experiences with HVAC companies in the past. Unbelievablly customer centric Service. We called Bosco to help us as we were freezing in our home with the furnace not working. Within 3 hours on a Saturday Jay Cha (Tech) had arrived, with booties on his shoes to service our broken furnace. Jay was knowledgable, friendly and really helped us out in a time of need.

I just wanted to send a quick note regarding the service work that was done at our house. Last night Mr. Aurelio came to our house to inspect our main drain that was backing up. Mr. Aurelio was very professional and made my wife, children and myself very comfortable with the work that was to be done. Mr. Aurelio told us the crew would arrive in the early morning on Saturday(today) to start the work. The crew was also very professional and hard working Mr. Aurelio also arrived early to make sure the work was done and spent the day discussing the issues with my wife and myself. I wanted to say the Bosco Plumbing did a fantastic job and we would recommend your company, excellent customer service and a great work ethic. Thank you
