I am very satisfied with the service and treatment of Boscov in replacing my sewer pipes. Very professional, timely and neat. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who requires their services.

Christmas came early to our house. We got this company through magic service. They responded very quickly. Set up an appointment and that same day they put in a new watersoftner system, changed 3 toilets and some minor plumbing repair. All in one day, we are very impressed by the work they did and their general attitude. Good luck guys! Peter

Called Bosco to fix two toilets with minor repairs. Told me the only solution was to rebuild both tanks. Charged me $200+ for each. Found out later you can buy toilet rebuild kits from any hardwore store for about $50. I had thought their selling point of charging "by the job rather than by the hour" was good and honourable, however it took him only 10 minutes to rebuild each toilet. A third repair took a bit longer, however the total price and total time it took amounted to over $400/hour. Good work done, but way too expensive.

We had a serious clog in the main drain that resulted in a backup of raw sewage. We contacted this firm and they attempted to resolve the issue by snaking the mainline. At first it appeared to work however less than 24 hours later the problem reoccured worse than before. The supposed master plumber who responded to the call was mostly interested in upselling their various services in an attempt to deal with this issue. I had to contact another plumber who charged me a fraction of the cost and the problem has not reoccured after 2 weeks. The second plumber used a couple of different heads on the snake, both with serrated edges which is likely why he had better results. For the price Bosco charges I expected much better service. Will never deal with this firm again.

We already had existing dishwasher rough-in including pipes for direct connection and electrical to the area. They insisted that they start everything from scratch and charge for full installation. We were in a bind and had no choice but to go with them then and there.

The plumber was on time (on a Saturday, no extra charge), reviewed the 3 services to be done, gave me a quote on the spot and got right to work. He used the new parts which I had purchased, answered any questions that I had, and generally had 3 bathrooms in good working order when he was done (a new toilet shutoff valve, a properly installed flush mechanism with a non-leaking tank, and a non-leaky hand-held shower nozzle). He offered a senior discount without my asking and was done in about 1.5 hours. I would recommend Bosco Plumbing to anyone.

I found Bosco Plumbing via Service Magic, a centralised website where I described my requirements and plumbers contacted me for more information/scheduling an appointment. The plumber that Bosco sent, Keith, was incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional. He explained the situation and offered alternatives to reduce costs and still get the job done - very knowledgeable and very credible. The job was completed in very little time, and the fixtures replaced/involved work incredibly smoothly. My one caveat for Bosco was that the service seemed a touch expensive in my eyes, vis-a-vis say, a handyman, but I suppose that that's the cost of quality service. I received a full one-year warranty on my service as well. Keith arrived on time and wore shoe-covers to keep my floor spotless. Great service - definitely recommended to get the job done well!

While the price seems high service was exceptional. We shopped around and found Bosco to be the most expensive. However after due consideration we felt they were a good choice given their service reputation is second to none.

Have used Bossco twice now, replace garb disposal and blocked drain, and outdoor waterproofing around house foundation. Reliable, fast, careful, neat. Prices comparable, a little on higher side, but for service that fast, and quality that good, I'm okay with a few dollars difference.
