I requested a routine furnace inspection from Bosco. However, after the technician arrived and did a very thorough inspection, he found some problems that frankly, had never been seen before with our other routine inspections. He showed me cracks in the furnace and dangers involved. We required a new furnace immediately. This was a Friday and long weekend. Joe G assured me we could get a new furnace the next day. Nick installed it Saturday morning in record time. Joe came back twice to make sure everything was a-ok. I like Bosco because of the customer care, quality service and competency displayed from Joe G, and Nick throughout this entire emergency situation. You do get what you pay for. I had Bosco Home Services come to my home for a furnace check up. The technician, Tom, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful in answering all my questions. At first, I noticed Bosco was a little more expensive than some of the other companies I looked up, but I am very glad I decided to go with them. The extra money I spent was well worth it. Of all the yrs. I've had service work done, this is the first time anyone's wore floor protectors on their feet to protect my floor. Tom also gave me helpful tips on how to keep my energy costs down. I was very pleased with the service that Bosco provided. I came home to an overflown toilet and had water damage everywhere. Bosco came out and fixed me up quickly. I Have also recommended Bosco to family and friends and they have all been pleased. Thank you Bosco!

Wanted to take the time and say thank you to the guys at Bosco and to Rob who came to plumb our new kitchen. He was courteous, clean and efficient. He called us a few times to see how our kitchen was coming along, in order to plan his schedule which gave us ample time to finish our renovations on our own timelines. We are pleased with the finished product and we are enjoying our newly renovated kitchen. Thanks Rob and Bosco.

I had Bosco out to do a furnace inspection. While they were here Tom noticed a corroded valve above the water tank. He phoned a Bosco plumber (Rob) to come out and have a look. They relayed to me that this was a pipe under pressure and if I had left it unchecked it could have burst at any point, flooding our basement. The valve was replaced the same day and now I can rest easy knowing that I am not in danger of a flood.

I recently had Bosco out to for a furnace tune up. They were extemely thorough and helpful. I had a ton of questions and Jay was more than glad to answer them and walk me through the process. Great service! Thank you Bosco!
