The work was done quickly and efficiently and the schedule had to be changed by me after Kurt’s arrival, but he was understanding, pleasant about it and was great about making himself available at any time that worked for me. Great customer service.

Exceptional customer service, from booking the appointment, day of service advance notification, prompt and timely arrival to the actual inspection. Technician (Gavin) took great care of surroundings making sure work areas are kept clean and sanitized. I was shown the camera’s progress and given an explanation and recommendations. I would highly recommend Bosco for your plumbing and drain services.

My In-laws Air Conditioner was working poorly, Called Bosco Home Services. From the 1st call to their office to the installation, I could not of been happier with the service. David and Cody of Bosco Home Services (Atlas Care Group) performed some drain clearing work at my home in Etobicoke July 25. To say that I am pleased with how professional, knowledgeable and courteous they were is an understatement. These 2 young gentlemen approached the work like scientists not technicians. They reviewed my mid-60's home and came up with a plan on how to clear the laundry room drainage concerns and went to work. I haven't seen such diligence from workers in a long time. The result was a 100% success. I will be recommending Bosco home services to everyone! Great work David and Cody!! BI Etobicoke

The work they previously did seemed fine but the customer service is lacking. This is the second time in one year I’m told to expect a technician which never arrives. I’m told they called in advance but I didn’t receive nor missed any phone call. The Labour and charges are above average at Bosco and for that I would expect prompt and premium service. I now have to take a second day off work to await their arrival for a simple filter change which costs me an obscene amount of earnings. This is not how you treat customers, especially repeat clients.

After removing old taps Alan realized the supplier had not sent all the necessary parts. He spent considerable time on the phone with the supplier arranging for a rush shipment of the necessary parts. Alan explained all the steps in his work and did an excellent job. he also fixed a problem with the toilet while om site.

Bathtub leak, plumber checks it and tells me there’s no leak from the bathtub and recommends getting water softener to improve leaks in my pipes and promised fixing the leak, after signing a contract and installing the water softener equipment the issue still exists! He never fixed anything! Horrible experience and service! Don’t sign any contracts pure scams!

Due to problems encountered not pertaining to Bosco Home Services I ended up having two young men visit my home ( Jason and Andre ). Both of these young men were very pleasant and did a wonderful job They were extremely helpful when I was getting upset with the situation I found myself in. These two young men were a credit to the company that they work for and they did a wonderful job taking care of my problem in a very professional manner.. I am very happy with the work performed.

Clearing a badly blocked bathroom sink drain which did not respond to a variety of standard home remedies.
