    Excellent service

    We recently began a huge renovation project on an old house and found asbestos in some of the drywall and ceilings. Templar did the removal for us. They were extremely helpful and honest in their assessment of the problem and gave us a fair price. The removal team was polite, courteous and cheerful in spite of the difficult conditions they had to work under--wearing hazmat suits in 40-degree humidex conditions. They got the job done promptly and did a thorough clean-up. I'd highly recommend them.

    Asbestos Removal - Type 2

    During our recent home renos, we were surprised to discover asbestos wrapped pipes in our furnace room. Our renos quickly came to a screeching halt until we could resolve the issue. Robert and his team at Templar were quick to respond to our message and come by to walk us through the entire process, answer all of our questions and provide a detailed quote. The work was done quickly and effectively. I would recommend Templar to anyone looking for professional asbestos removal.

    Basement renovation

    Removal of Asbestos Siding

    We were advised by our mortgage company that we had 30 days to remove the siding from our home in order to qualify for a renewal of our mortgage. Despite the quick timeline, Rob and his team were able to provide a quote and a date to be at the house to remove the siding. It was completed in one day, no muss no fuss. I highly recommend this team~

    Asbestos Removal

    Contacted Rob on a Thursday and he sent Dave out to access the job in our furnace room on Thursday afternoon, we got a price on Friday and since it was a small job they said they could do it on Saturday. We were thrilled to get it done so quickly. Kevin, Yves and Dave were on time, very professional and explained everything throughly, they left a HEPA filter which we run until Sunday evening and Dave picked it up first thing Monday morning and we got the certificate later that day. Fast, efficient and great to work with, would recommend Templar to anyone.

    Basement advice and remediation

    Prompt, practical and reassuring advice in the first place. The follow-up work was done very cleanly and efficiently, on time, on budget, with minimal disruption. Very pleasant people to have in the house too. Excellent. Highly recommended on all counts.

    asbestos removal

    Robert was fantastic in getting back to us with fair quotes. They removed the asbestos from our furnace room pipes in a clean and efficient manner and provided us with a certificate of removal. Very professional I would highly recommend.

    asbestos removal

    Robert from Templar was the first person to contact me when I put in the request to Homestars for removal of asbestos wrapping around pipes in our basement. Due to our schedule, they were the last company of three to actually come and give us a quote, but they were the most impressive. David arrived promptly and took a thorough look at the job. He explained the process in detail, clarified the technical terms and procedures, gave me clear answers to my safety questions, and was the only one to say we would need to leave the equipment running over night, and to include the air test certificate in the quote as a matter of course. For all this they quoted a slightly higher price than the other companies, but it was well worth it to us. We had our daughter and 8 month old baby in the house, and needed reassurance and smooth implementation. We had confidence in the team, and the actual experience was all that was promised. They came on time, did the job thoroughly in the timeframe they quoted, and the following day they waited until the air test came out negative for asbestos before returning to remove the equipment. Robert and David were both excellent at keeping in communication, even after 'office hours'. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable, efficient and friendly experience with a difficult and slightly worriesome job.

    Asbestos removal

    I contacted Robert when I got a report saying that the work area has traces of Asbestos. I needed to clean it before I can proceed to do any work. David worked with me to do the cleanup and gave me a clean certificate in less than a week. It was done professinally. I would definitely recommend them for Asbestos clean up.
