    Basement mold removal

    Robert and his team were fantastic to work with. Robert was able to come estimate within a day or so, and was available to start soon after. His quote was lower and included more work than what was quoted by another company (which was also highly rated in Homestar). His was always available by phone to answer questions and took the time to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the work.

    asbestos removal

    I contacted Robert at Templar to remove all of the asbestos in my basement before I rewired my house. This include a popcorn ceiling plus asbestos wrapped around pipes from hot water boiler heating system. The quote was fair, all work was done in a timely manner and they did a great job of clean up as the project work was done and am very happy knowing that my home now is asbestos free. I definitely would recommend Templar for asbestos removal.

    Asbestos abatement

    I had started what I thought would be a routine floor renovation in the basement rec room and foyer - only to discover old floor tiles (and adhesive) containing asbestos. Robert addressed all concerns and was very reassuring in describing the steps to be taken to minimize risk and remove the material. Templar's quote was reasonable and in line with expectations - unlike another company that quoted significantly higher and gave the impression that they were trying to capitalize on the fear associated with asbestos. David and his crew arrived on schedule, were courteous and gave confident, straightforward answers to all questions. All work was completed in a timely manner. Upon completion, an air quality test and clearance certificate was issued. I would recommend Templar and would not hesitate to call upon their services in the future.

    Asbestos removal - Floor Vents

    Great Customer service. Decided that I needed professional help to mitigate the problem I had with Asbestos wrap surrounding floor vents. I contacted Templar from their website and being persistent I called as well. They picked up right away, I described my issue, they made the recommendation, scheduled the appointment and got the job done. The onsite Team was very courteous and took the time to explain what they planned to do step by step. Very pleased with the overall service and I would recommend Templar in the future.

    Asbestos Removal

    Robert did an audit assessment for us recently. Very professional and very quick. He's done other work for me as well. The company was on time and on budget. Easy to work and courteous. Would definitely hire him again and recommend him.

    Asbestos removal - Walls, ceiling, and pipe

    Robert & David were wonderful. We had David come in for a walkthrough and quote on different options, on 3 different occasions, over the course of 3 years. No complaints from David about coming in each time, with efforts to keep quotes as consistent as possible throughout that time. When it finally came time to the job, the team did a fantastic job. They kept the site clean, were respectful of neighbouring properties, finished nicely & on time, conducted the air tests, and provided the lab report. I would use them again (although I would prefer not to have asbestos in the first place), and recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

    Asbestos Removal

    We recently hired Templar Mould / Asbestos Analysis & Removal to clean and remove asbestos in our house prior to the start of our home construction. Not knowing much about asbestos beyond the general knowledge that it’s a carcinogen, we relied heavly on Robert to walk us through the process. Not only was Robert very informative and educated on the topic he was equally efficient and expeditious. His initial quote was accurate with no hidden fees and he completed the job in only a couple of days. Asbestos removal is not a thing you do everyday and the the idea can be stressful but Robert ensured we had a fast, safe and affordable experience.

    Rob, Dave and their team were fantastic during the whole process. Their quote was accurate, provided quickly and reasonably priced. The work was done on time and efficiently completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Templar for future projects.

    Asbestos removal

    We were very impressed with the quality of service and prompt response from Templar when we discovered asbestos during our renovation. The team was knowledgeable and professional and were able to remove the asbestos for less than the other quotes we received. Would highly recommend.

    basement mould

    This is the third time I used the company and I'm very satisfied with their work. We had mould in the basement due to water damage. I called Robert and he came to have a look and reassured me that they would take care of the problem and they did at a reasonable cost. The workers were very professional. Thanks David and Kevin.
