    Asbestos Removal

    My wife and I are extremely pleased with the asbestos removal that was done by Templar. David was very thorough and explained the process during our initial meeting and put us at ease. We removed tiles from the kitchen and foyer, along with the asbestos in the floor registers. The team was quick and efficient. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

    Asbestos abatement

    I hired Robert to get rid of the asbestos in our house. He was easy to work with because he is constantly communicating with me which I really appreciate. I want to be kept in the loop. His crew came on time and work within the time frame. They did not rush things thus did quality work. I highly recommend Robert and his crew.

    Mould Testing

    David arrived as scheduled to make a free estimate. He surveyed the areas of my house where I suspected there may be mould. He determined that since there was no on-going moisture and no discoloration that there was a low likelihood of mould. He said he could do some air sampling, but for my case where my concern was allergies to an unknown agent, he recommended that I engage another company which could sample for a broader range of pollutants than just mould. Kudos to Templar for recommending the best solution for me, even though it was at the expense of their own business.

    Mould removal

    We hired Templar to remove mould in a bedroom. They were very professional. They explained the process and completed the job quickly. Everything was clean when they left. We would definitely use the company again.

    Asbestos Removal

    I hired Templar to remove asbestos tile from my basement. I was 100% satisfied with the work from Templar. They we're professional, thorough, and all around good to work with. After the job was completed an air quality test was conducted and no payment was requested until it was confirmed a pass. Last but definitely not least was a very fair price for the job. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing this type of service.

    Asbestos Testing & Removal

    We called Templar to test several materials for asbestos in our 1960s home before renovating. Robert came the next day and took several samples of flooring, walls and textured ceilings. We received the lab results quickly (3 days later) which showed a small % of asbestos in the original kitchen tile which was covered over by 1980s vintage linoleum. They came right away to work up and estimate and scheduled the flooring removal for the same week. David and his team did the removals quickly and we received the air test results from the lab within 3 days. We'd recommend Templar to anyone who thinks they may have asbestos in their home. Their prices are fair, they were very responsive and the work was done quickly. Thanks Robert, David and the rest of your team!

    asbestos removal

    They guys at Templar were fantastic. They responded in a timely manner, answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns and got the job done quick and around my schedule. I had a few other companies come by my 1959 bungalow and no one took the time to go through the process of asbestos removal and answer my questions like the guys at Templar. We went through the entire house to collect samples for testing and they even recommended multiple material to test that i didn't even think of. You could tell immediately that these guys knew what they were doing, but also that they cared. I ended up removing the asbestos insulation around my floor registers. It was done quickly and cleanly. They were very competitively priced on both the testing side and the removal. It was a win win going with them and I will use them again in the future.

    Mould Removal

    It was a great experience working with Robert and his crew, they did a great clean up and the workmanship was excellent. I would work with Templar in the future and refer their services.

    Mould clean out

    Templar mould company did a great job on my house. I dealt with Dave and Robert and they very professional and prompt. I needed the work done very quickly and they were able to fit me in their schedule although they were booked up. I would definitely use this company again. Great customer care and customer service.
