    Great company

    We are a custom home builder and often run into jobs where asbestos removal is required prior to demolition. Robert and his teamfrom Templar always come through for us with great quality, professionals, and timely work. Their pricing is very competitive and their staff is very diligent and knowledgeable. They are a great bet for asbestos removal.

    Asbestos removal

    They provided a prompt and accurate price. Once we scheduled/agreed on a date, they arrived and completed the work as agreed. They were efficient and left the area clean and in good condition.

    Asbestos Removal and Disposal

    Templar were contacted to remove and dispose Asbestos found at a property that was to be demolished for re-build. Robert and his team juggled their priorities and worked on Saturday to remove the substance and helped us keeping the project schedule - much appreciated. Robert / Templar will be our first call for our future projects.

    Great service and professionalism

    The idea of asbestos removal was a scary prospect. So when the decision to list the parental house was made, a search was started to find a company to come in remove to remove the asbestos plaster and wraps existing around the boiler pipes in the furnace room. Templar was the third company we contacted. Robert was great. He arrived the next day to do an inspection. He answered all of our questions and provided a very reasonable quote. On the day of the abatement, his team arrived at the scheduled time. They sealed off the area surrounding the furnance room. The total time of the abatement was approximately 3 hours. Templar took an air sample two days after. The air sample was tested and with a great sense of relief, the lab result showed safe concentrations. Robert has since emailed us a clearance letter describing the scope of the abatement and the safety status. I would definitely recommend Templar to my friends and family.

    Asbestos abatement

    I heard about Templar from my daughter who knew a friend who used them and was very happy with their service and cost. I am having a basement laundry room and washroom renovated and testing showed asbestos in the laundry room floor tiles and drywall compound in walls and ceiling. Of 3 quotes, theirs was the lowest too. The entire Templar team is very professional and customer service is excellent. The team showed up on time, worked cleanly, and answered my questions courteously. Lab confirmation paperwork shows the room is now clear and I am impressed with this company and highly recommend Templar.

    Asbestos Analysis - Exceptional Service!!

    After reading the positive feedback for Templar on HomeStars, I contacted them to do an asbestos analysis prior to starting home renos. I scheduled an appointment for a few days later (they could have come the next day but that didn’t work with my schedule). David was very professional and incredibly informative. He answered all of our questions and concerns and promised a quick turnaround time for the lab results. We got the results back the very next day and also a quote from Robert for the removal of the asbestos they found (very reasonably priced). A few days later, I realized that the ceiling wasn’t tested for asbestos (originally, we didn’t think the ceiling would be affected by our reno but alas, the project took a turn and ceiling was going to be part of it). I called David and he knew I was particularly worried (am 6 months pregnant), so came back the very next day to take more samples and we got the results back the following day, without any additional cost to us! To say that I am impressed by the exceptional quality customer service of this company is putting it mildly! Templar has provided my family with peace of mind before undergoing major renovations. Thank you so much!!

    Asbestos Tile Removal

    While prepping for a basement renovation, suspect floor tiling (15'x 22') was found under the carpeting and testing confirmed it contained 1% asbestos. Templar inspected and provided a quote to remove the tile. The inspection also included a review for mold - of which no indicators were found. The asbestos removal was schedule to occur within two weeks, at which time the room was sealed, including the spaces between all open ceiling rafters. The tile was removed quickly and efficiently on one day and the floor was sprayed with a sealant. The staff were polite, friendly and cleaned up the area. The quoted price was invoiced. I am very pleased with Templar's service and highly recommend them!

    Asbestos Wrap Removal - Radiator Pipes

    I was very pleased with Templar’s job removing the asbestos wrap on my basement radiator pipes. David was very informative throughout the process and the team was extremely professional. The quoted price was the price I paid, no surprises, and they were flexible/accommodating with my work schedule. I would highly recommend Templar and would use them for future jobs.

    Asbestos removal in around the furnace pipes

    I was very pleased with the service provided by Templar, They responded very quickly ! David came by, and explained that, while there was indeed asbestos, not all the stuff we were seeing was asbestos. Some of it was actually horsehair used in days gone by to insulate pipes. They did an effective job in clearing the asbestos and left the place very clean. Max and the team were a pleasure to work with and communicate with. Thank you all

    Asbestos Removal and Demolition

    Robert and David was amazing to work with. I was in charge of renovations for the new office space, and we had to do asbestos removal. The landlord kept coming at us with different requirements, Robert was so patient in working with us and helping us get all the different information needed for the landlord to get this project started. David and their team did a great job, and they cleaned up the space nicely. Their prices are also very competitive, I highly recommend working with Robert and his team.
