There were two jobs: first to take the Asbestos off the old oil boiler pipes around the furnace and as much as you could reach down the bulkheads. Then 6 month later we decided to redo the basement and I call Templar back to get what they could not reach. And to our surprised they had gotten more than they thought the first time. Which meant that they over estimated the second job and gave me a discount. Excellent work and excellent customer service. I have already recommended them!

I called Templar to give me a quote. Dan came out to the house, was on time, polite and very knowledgeable. I was very happy with the work done as well as the service. The crew left everything spotless clean and worked in a professional manner. David came back to do more work when we needed him, and was also very professional, got to the point right away and made me feel comfortable about having everything done 100% right. Robert was very reasonable with pricing and always called me back to answer any questions or concerns. I am satisfied with e templar and would recommend them to anyone!

Before the work began, David, the project manager, ran through what would be done and the safety precautions. It was a 3-day job. At the end of each day, the team checked in with me to let me know progress and to answer any questions I had. I felt informed all the way along. The work was completed to specification, and I was given a tour at the end. The clean-up was excellent. The work was on time and on-budget. I highly recommend them.

These guys are amazing. Right from the owner down. David was our manager and took extremely great care of us. The crew that we dealt with were friendly and professional. But as with most jobs, problems arose, and Rob and David certainly took care of them. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services

We used Templar's service to remove the vermiculite insulation in our attic. Robert's team has been courteous, efficient and responsive from initial assessment to job completion. Their pricing is very competitive compared to other quotes we got. The team on site has done a thorough job in removing all insulation material. An air quality test has been carried out in the attic area and a certified laboratory has confirmed it is safe for re-entry. After the job has been completed, we have one vendor to work in the attic, who has commented that the attic is very clean. I would recommend their service.

Robert and David were extremely helpful and detail-oriented from their initial analysis of the issue, to the remediation of it. Robert went above and beyond in helping me manage the situation, and David went the extra step checking my roof insulation when they were on the job, to ensure this was clear as well, and even went the extra mile and offered to remove my basement carpeting, which also helped me address any potential mould issues beneath - thankfully, all they had to remediate were residual asbestos from piping in the house from the previous renovations performed. They were extremely clean, they were prompt, informative, thorough and professional. THANK YOU TEMPLAR!!!

I had called a couple companies to get a quote on removing some duct work I had that was covered in asbestos paper. Templar was the first company to return my call, the first company to provide me with a quote and the only company who offered to come out and take a look at it. Their price was competitive and they were extremely professional from the minute I contacted them, until the minute I paid my bill. Everyone from the owner to the guys removing the ducts, were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend Templar to all of my customers and friends. I will also be using them in the future whenever I run into issues on jobs. Thanks guys

They took out the asbestos around 7 wall vents. They are licensed, and even gave me a clearance certificate. I would recommend that you use them, or at least have them quote you on the job. Reasonable price for what they did.

Difficult job, Templar followed our needs exactly and had a great group of guys working for them - creative and hard working. Second time we called on them. Glad we did!
