Quite simply do not waste your time getting other quotes from different removal companies. Robert the owner of Templar will treat you fairly, and most importantly do the job right and on time and within budget. His teams were always on time as discussed and agreed upon. They always kept us well informed. David the operations manager handled our complicated removal seamlessly. Our removal ranged from asbestos tile throughout our basement and vermiculite removal in our attic and behind our plaster walls. I strongly recommend Templar for any of your removal needs. We called Templar wanting to get a quote for mould removal in our new home and from the beginning they were nothing but accommodating. They made it out that same day and fit us in the next day for the work to be done. David was amazing! He explained everything in detail and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and knowledgeable around the process. Rob's crew made it out last wk to remove asbestos from 15 vents. These 2 guys led by Shawn we professional from START to FINISH made me feel comfortable throughout. They are top notch team!

Had a great experience with Templar. Called on a Saturday and got Robert on his way to his vacation. He was very helpful and allayed my fears of having asbestos in my house. A couple of days later, a member of his team, David, came to take a bunch of samples. He was conscientious of the fact that he was going to be putting (tiny) holes in our walls in order to collect samples and took care to take them in the most inconspicuous places. He also took the time to explain testing and remediation procedures and give a high level sense of what different levels of remediation could cost. He cleaned up after himself and was on his way in about 45 minutes. There was a delay with getting the samples to the lab as quickly as planned (through no fault of Templar's) and David called me promptly to let me know. As soon as the results came back he sent me a note to let me know there was no asbestos found afterall (yay!). The Templar team was fantastic every step of the way and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Carolyn

We discovered we had asbestos floor tiles and asbestos insulation wrapped around the heating ducts in our 57 year old house. We had several quotes from various companies and Templar was more than 1/2 the price. The work began within a few days and took 1 1/2 days to complete. The technicians were efficient and professional. They even went out of their way to spray down an area where a leak had occurred behind a shower connection as a courtesy. A day or so after the work was completed, we received a phone call from Robert asking if we were satisfied with the work. We were VERY satisfied...Thanks Robert! (and thanks for following up - great customer service). We highly recommend Templar if anyone is looking for a company to remove asbestos material within their home.

We had Asbestos in our heating pipe.the team came in and did amazing job in high professional way.The amount they quoted was very fair and job well done and satisfactory.I would highly recommend them for any asbestos and mold removal jobs. Trustworthy.

We found some asbestos in our basement around some piping and wanted to be safe, so we called Templar to remove it. They visited us immediately, provided an estimate and had two guys on site within 2 days. On top of that, they were the best price of the 3 quotes I received and provided an Air Quality test to boot. A pleasure to work with these guys and I'd highly recommend them.
