    Asbestos removal

    Robert at Templar environmental services was very nice to deal with. I was able to communicate through phone, text, and email to transfer information such as details of the job, pictures, time frame and an estimate. He was able to schedule me in for an asbestos removal job within 2 days of my initial phone call. The job was completed in the time frame he estimated. I am happy with the results and feel comfortable knowing the job was done correctly, and the building is asbestos free

    Asbestos cleaning

    Responsible, fast and reliable service. Even after the services finished, there's issue, Richard is taking the ownership to fixed the issue right away.

    Mould Removal in Bathroom

    This company did an excellent job. The workers worked hard, polite and very gracious. They took great care while in our house and were very respectful. Job finished as per the contract, on time and cleaned up after the job. Would highly recommend this contractor.

    Asbestos removal

    We hired Templar Environmental Services to remove asbestos from the ceiling in the basement. They are very professional and addressed all the concerns that we had. 100% satisfaction.

    asbestos and mould removal

    I would recommend this company as I found them very efficient and easy to contact when I needed any questions answered, especially Robert. The work was done on time and the area cleaned up at the end of the day. I am very satisfied with the result

    Asbestos removal

    Very professional and efficient service. A detailed quote was quickly provided; the work was scheduled promptly; and the crew arrived on time. The representative explained the process and safety precautions and patiently answered all my questions. They left the premises spotless. I would recommend Templar to others.

    Basement asbestos removal

    Worked with this company twice on asbestos removal. Solid quality work, on time, as expected both times. Responsive to requests and follow ups, good customer service in general. Recommend.

    Asbestod Removal

    We hired Templar Environmental to do an asbestos abatement job that required the removal of asbestos wrapped around hot water pipes located in an extremely tight crawlspace underneath an old 1950's addition to the house. We could not have been more pleased with the service. The job was challenging, but all the way through, the crew was prompt, positive, efficient, super-clean, and professional. Overall, their work was impressive and we were confident that they left us with a safe environment. We highly recommend Templar.

    Excellent team doing the job right

    Templar Environmental was hired to do an asbestos abatement involving basement boiler pipes in a 1930s Toronto home. More specifically, the job required the removal of asbestos plaster and cardboard wrapping from the pipes. From the person dispatched to assess the job and provide the price quote, to the crew who did the work, the personable, prompt, and professional services provided were top-notch. The crew completed this challenging work safely, quickly, and cleanly. I had obtained price quotes from other companies, and Templar's price was competitive. The key deciding consideration was that safety precautions Templar indicated that they would take seemed more stringent than those of other companies. Highly recommended.

    Tile and Floor Vent Asbestos Abatement

    Robert and his team were responsive throughout the abatement process (which included Robert coming to see the areas that required abatement to quote us, and then his team coming the following week to do the abatement) and we are happy with the result. They took before/after photos and we were provided with a clearance letter afterwards. His team was thorough and made sure that asbestos containing material within the vents was removed (even the material that had fallen through the cracks and below the vent boot). They finished the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The Lockdown product that they painted over the removed tiles looks nice and we felt safe going back into the house after abatement was over. Thanks so much to Robert and his team!
