My wife and I have purchased a 2 storey house in etobicoke, where we had 2 showing only! We contacted Robert, with a short notice and tight schedule, due the emergency and 2 small kids, he dropped everything to make it at the first showing, he inspected the entire house and we planned for the asbestos removal on closing date. Finally, we got the key and Templar workers were just behind me and worked over the weekend and got it done. Templar went far and beyond their call of duty. We are very happy and we will definitely recommend Templar to any ane looking for Asbestos removal, their are friendly and easy to work with.... Thanks Rob...

We were in the process of selling our house when we decided to inspect our attic prior to putting it on the market. Found that almost all our sheathing and rafters had black mould on them. We called around and got a few quotes, all of which were expensive and weren't able to accommodate our tight schedule. Templar Mould came in at a lower price with the exact same scope of work plus additional work which the technician felt needed to be done at no extra fee. They came from far away, recommended the best course of action and were in and out in a day. Great, clean service.

During renovations we discovered asbestos lining two of the major ducts in the basement. Robert was very helpful in getting a team on site for us quickly to take care of the issue. The Templar team was very professional and efficient and left the house clean of any waste and dust from the job. We would definitely recommend Templar.

During our kitchen renovation, it was suspected (and later confirmed) that we had asbestos in the original tile laid in the kitchen/foyer/powder room. We called Robert to assist us with the removal. His guys arrived and finished the job on time. They stepped me through every inch of the process and made sure I understood. Robert followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Finding mold/asbestos certainly adds to the stress of any home renovation. My experience with Templar made this (the asbestos removal) one of the easiest and less stressful tasks in our home renovation so far. I'd like to thank Robert and his team for their great work!

I called Robert from Templar to help us out with an attic mould issue my client had. He was quick to respond with a quote over the phone within minutes. What I liked most of all was his approach to the mould issue. He took the time to explain my options. I in turn explained these options to my client and after hearing them the client thought it best to go ahead and book the job with Templar. The job was done on time and no mess was left behind. A clearance letter was also included with the invoice to show in detail what work was performed and what standards were followed. in August, my husband and I took down a drop ceiling in our new-to-us 100-year old house and found a second drop ceiling above it that we suspected contained asbestos in the ceiling tiles. We also found one duct run wrapped in asbestos. We called Rob; his quote over the phone for testing was in-line with other companies. Rob was able to come a few days later to take samples. The results came quickly and unfortunately, were positive. Rob's crew, David and Dale, came within a few days of when we received the results and did a great job. When the ceiling removal proved to be a longer job than they had expected they stayed late to finish it that same day. Unfortunately again, when the rest of the ceiling came down we found another run of duct that was wrapped in asbestos--they took this out as well. Rob's crew is great: they are punctual, friendly, and efficient. David in particular is a very kind, helpful, genuine person who explained everything to us in as much detail as we wanted. When we AGAIN found more asbestos a week after Rob's crew had left and we had started some electrical work, David arrived the same day and provided the same level of professionalism, kindness, and tidy work. Rob was almost always available immediately by phone and if not he returned our calls promptly. We were not happy to find unsafe materials in our house but are happy with the service we received from Templar Mould.

I have an old 1915 semi with 1 run of vertical venting covered in asbestos. Templar's over the phone quote (based on info i provided) was reasonable and in line with similar companies. They came the following week and the technician called ahead to confirm, he was thorough in his explanation of the process, cleaned up after himself and was exactly the amount he quoted me for. Overall happy. I will be calling them back to do the rest of my house down the road.

When I first spoke to Robert about having asbestos removed from the ceiling of my basement, I mentioned that I was first having someone remove the drywall from the ceiling and walls. Robert gave me very exact and detailed instructions for how to have it done safely, i.e. to not spread any asbestos dust that may be on top of the drywall ceiling. I appreciate the fact that he did not use scare tactics to try to up-sell his company’s services. Robert then had his crew come and remove all of the asbestos. They left my basement immaculately clean, and according to the follow-up lab test, asbestos-free. Robert was helpful, no-nonsense, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Templar.

The team from Templar did an excellent job in all areas. Rob was able to schedule the appointment quickly and his team was very thorough and professional. I had misplaced my receipt and proof of removal and Rob sent a new one immediately.
