Templar was efficient and fast at responding all my questions. The removal process was done quickly and the crew were very courteous and very clean. We were very happy and would recommend them highly.

We thought we saw asbestos in our duct work - Rob came to our house quickly and thoroughly explained our options. He was very informed and rationale in his approach and I really appreciated how he put our minds at ease. Would definitely recommend.

I needed to take down the ceiling in my basement to run electrical. When I opened up the ceiling I saw some strange insulation that worried me. I phoned Rob, and he came over promptly, took some samples, and sent them off to the lab. When the lab had some technical issues which delayed the analysis, Rob was really great about communicating with us and keeping us in the loop. Thankfully everything was negative, but I would not hesitate to call Rob again if needed.

When we tore down a wall, we found our ductwork covered in asbestos. After getting several quotes, we chose to work with Templar Mould / Asbestos. Robert was quick to quote the work and was able to get in and take them out sooner than we expected anyone would be able. He took great care in removing the asbestos, being careful not to 'disturb' it and took pieces of our plaster and insulation to send off to be tested (not included in removal - separate cost). He was very knowledgeable and professional; we would highly recommend him and this company to anyone.

We just got possession of our 90 year old semi- detached and new we had some asbestos round the pipes in the basement. I had calle a few companies to come in on a Saturday to give me an estimate. Rob is the only one who called me right back and showed up the next day to give me a quote. He looked at the rest of the basement and showed me other areas where the asbestos wasn't removed properly. I hired Rob and his crew an he came in 2 days later and did a fantastic job. He is very easy to get a hold of via email or phone. I recommend his company for this type of work.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in North York that was originally built in the early 1960s. We are doing some renovations and I had concerns about potential asbestos in the old plaster, wallboard/gypsum panels, and the attic insulation. I called Robert and within an hour he was at the house and having a thorough look around. He checked the duct work, furnace room, joists in the basement, the plaster walls, and the attic. Fortunately everything was clear. Robert was very informative the whole time, pointing out things to watch for and how to protect myself while doing any renovations (proper mask with P100 cartridges, at minimum!). Fantastic, friendly service, and I don't think I've ever had a person from a professional trade show up so quickly after the initial call. Highly recommended!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. We had asbestos in our basement furnace room & crawl space. They were pleasant to deal with, very informative, came when they said they would & did a great job removing it in a difficult to reach area. I would definitely recommend them.

Robert came by my new home before the purchase closed to provide me with a quote. He was always responsive to my emails and very honest throughout the process. The crew was on time and explained to my wife all the work that had been done around the vents. Process from start to finish was very easy and straightforward, would recommend this company to anyone needing similar work.

As a former Tarion new Home builder and renovator I recently had the opportunity to use Templar to remove some asbestos contaminated vermiculite from a job-site attic. The material was mixed in with kraft paper backed fiberglass bats and had an additional R30 of blown in loose fiberglass on top. The job was a rush and the crew at Templar came in as promised the next day on a Saturday morning with their HEPA filtered vacuum truck and removed all of the above mentioned material right down to the clean joists, sealed the entire attic with a lock-down spray and re-insulated the attic in 1 day. The quote was competitive and the work was done professionally without leaving a trace of their presence except the invoice. Great job!
