    Move was as good as we could have hoped!

    We used Firemen Movers to move within Toronto, about 10km. We received a number of quotes; they were not the lowest quote but close, and the owner did a very thorough on-site review before quoting. He provided a number of suggestions for preparations we could do to save the crew time and save us money ; or advised on fragile/valuable things he suggested we move ourselves. His quote was very close to the final amount for a pretty big move. The crew of 5 arrived on time, it was a hot day and they worked worked HARD for almost 11 hours. They were all very courteous, friendly and easy to deal with, and took a lot of obvious care with our stuff. There was no damage to anything they moved or to the new house. We thought they were great, gave what I guessed from the reaction was a good tip (they really earned it!) and would recommend them to friends.

    Best move ever!

    I used Firemen Movers to move out of a storage locker and condo to a new condo. They were amazing!! They showed up early and everything was done so efficiently. This was the most pain-free move I've ever experienced and I have Moses and his team to thank for it. There was no stress and they really took care of all of my belongings. I will recommend them to everyone I know!!

    Residence Move

    My wife & I used Firemen Movers in our recent change of residence. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend them to all. Polite, hard working, careful crew who did an excellent job of both packing and moving our possessions. They did this on the 2 hottest days of the summer and despite this the crew pushed hard each day from start to finish and just did a great job. Use them - You will not be disappointed

    house moving

    I moved from a 2 bedroom+ den house to a 2 bedrom apartment. The men were punctual, courteous, personable, well trained and extremely hard working. However: There were to be four men and only three arrived; My three rather expensive garden chairs were left behind and subsequently vanished; The base to my bed is ripped; the whole process was rushed.

We had one of our guys fall sick that morning so we sent 3 men to do your job. In a case like that we get the crew started with the one member missing and then we try to back fill that spot with another crew member. After speaking to the crew that was doing your move they said a 4th member was not necessary and they were able to get your job done under the estimated time. We're sorry you feel that the job was rushed but the guys do work quickly, efficiently and they are careful. We're also sorry about the missing chairs and ripped bed you mentioned but we didn't hear anything from you about this until this review so it's hard to comment on those two items.     Senior Move

    Right from the beginning we found the team at Firemen Movers prompt, courteous and professional, they did an excellent job and made the move effortless which is greatly appreciated. The office staff followed up with me throughout the process making sure nothing was missed. The team that did the actual move were superb. Its really nice to know that there are companies still out there that care about the customer. The Firemen Movers staff did an excellent job!

    Move to Kitchener

    A Very Big Thank You to Firemen Movers and their wonderful team for the fabulous experience I had with my move almost a year ago (July 21, 2015)! I’ve been very busy (can’t believe a year has flown by), but I promised myself to submit this review within the year, and now my time is up…To Aaron and his wonderful presentation for making my choice a no brainer (I interviewed other companies but was impressed with your website, knowledge, friendliness, uniforms, handouts and professionalism). And To Jesse, Robin, Kiefer and Ty, the strapping young men who moved my stuff quickly, efficiently, safely, damage free and stress free! I can’t tell you how many of my lady friends and women at work volunteered to help me move - LOL. Seriously, I appreciate all you did and have recommended (and will continue to recommend) you without hesitation. What a wonderful use of firemen in their spare time, and great to see the support of charities in the community. Overall, this is a super company to deal with!! Wishing you continued success!!

    Move from Toronto to Kitchener

    Booked a move for the end of July. Though we haven't done it yet, we're really impressed with the pre-work initiated by the company, including a visit to our home to prepare an accurate quote. Extremely professional - we're expecting a smooth move.

    Great moving service!

    I used Firemen Movers to move from Toronto to Lindsay. They were punctual, professional, fast, and all around awesome guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move - no matter how big or small.

    Multiple bookings within our family

    I have booked Fireman Movers in the past and loved their service. They were conscientious, efficient and on time. I recommended them to my Mother in Law and she was also thrilled with their services. We are moving in a month and a half or so and planning to book them again!

    West Downtown Condo to Leslieville Condo

    I stumbled across Fireman Movers while searching for a moving company on line. From our initial contact the company was professional and sensitive to the stress that moving can cause. Excellent contact and communication leading up to the day of the move planted the reassurance needed throughout our moving experience. The crew not only arrived earlier than expected, but finished far faster than the anticipated time assumed it would take. (nothing beats saving money on moving day) The 3 men were EXCELLENT. Extremely polite and considerate to the staff and residents encountered during the day. Masterfully efficient, well organized and took the greatest amount of care with our belongings. I have used other moving companies in the past, however this was the BEST experience by far. Although I do not anticipate having to move in the near future, I will do my best to speak of the incredible service provided by Fireman Movers.
