Had a 4 man crew to do our move. They showed up exactly on time, and their crew was great. Moved from a 3 level house to a 5 level townhouse. Anything we asked of these guys they did with a smile. I've used other movers before, and have experienced headaches in the past. Moses, Jake, Ennio, and Romas were great! I can honestly say this move was perfect and these guys were fast and very efficient. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a pain-free move!

This was a big move that required 2 trucks and 2 crews each going to a different location. The guys showed up on time with sufficient amount of blankets, boxes, tape, wrap etc required to complete the job based on an initial consultation a week before the "big day". They took great care with all our belongings, wrapped each piece of furniture and carefully placed it onto the truck. were as cheerful and curtious at the end of the long day as they were in the early morning. Thanks to both crews for the respect they gave to my family and our belongings.

Easily, one of the best experiences I've ever had with a moving company. In the office, Charmaine was a pleasure to to talk with and extremely helpful. On moving day, Jessie, Ryan and Calvin were incredibly friendly and professional and they were so efficient, they saved me two hours off the estimated time. I will absolutely use Firemen Movers on my next move, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company.

We were extremely pleased with our move! Couldn't have gone smoother and was as close to perfect as you can get. Aaron the estimator, suggested we do the move over two days because we knew we would get the key to our new house around 5 pm. Instead of paying for the movers to wait for us to get the key, they loaded the truck and kept it overnight then delivered it to the new house the next day. This worked out great for us because they finished loading the truck at 11:30 a.m. Once we got the key to our new place at 5:30 pm, we were able to have the carpets cleaned before any furniture was in place. Our crew was was Kalen, Jake, John and Joe and they were fantastic! They took great care with our belongings and wrapped each piece of furniture individually before taking it out of the house. They were professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this company and have told our friends and colleagues about the wonderful service we received!

We were extremely pleased with Firemen Movers and the professional and efficient services they provided us. It started with the Aaron who estimated the scope of the move and worked out a multi-day packing, loading and delivery schedule. The written estimate he provided was clearly explained and accurate. We received two follow up emails and a phone call confirming the schedule and arrival times. The moving crew was outstanding. Jamie R., the crew chief, was very personable, approachable and professional. The rest of the crew, Mike W., Chris H. and Ryan H. were also stellar. They were careful and thorough throughout the entire packing, loading and delivery process. It was real pleasure to watch people who know what they're doing. All in all, a friendly, extremely competent crew who were fun to be around and did an exemplary job on what was a large and complex move. Firemen Movers is a top notch choice if your move involves any out-of-the-ordinary or oversized pieces (as ours did) and we can't recommend them highly enough.

You don't have to look further. Firemen Movers are professional, careful, efficient and genuinely nice guys. Aaron and Charmaine arranged for an awesome crew. Highly, highly recommend them. I still can't believe how well the truck was organized. I had boxes, but also many odd shaped units, fixtures and furniture and they strategically placed everything (this was a business move). They go above and beyond. Today went smoothly thanks to my fabulous crew. You also have to love that they donate a portion of their profits to Sick Kids Burn Unit and Red Door Shelter. Giving back says a lot!!

We had recently sold our house in Bloor West Village and were moving to a condo in down town Toronto, so we needed to find a mover for our stuff. I had never heard of Firemen Movers before being referred to them by my business partner, but after reading their reviews and checking out their website I was confident that they would be a great choice. This decision was reinforced after meeting with Aaron during the estimate process. Day of the move finally came and after a quick introduction and navigating the joy of city street parking, I walked the team through what needed to be moved and they got straight to work. All items were blanketed, wrapped and quickly moved out to the truck. The unloading went just as smoothly and overall it was a great experience. Not something you usually say when dealing with movers. Thanks Dan, Mike and Grant for the great job!

I would highly recommend the Firemen Movers. The drivers/movers are clean, efficient, on time and make the packing of household goods look so easy. They were done in record time. Excellent job!

This moving company is AWESOME. Thanks to them, I had the smoothest move I have ever experienced in my life. They were professional, punctual, super friendly, efficient and very careful. They came to my house a month or so before the move to assess the contents and to provide a cost estimate, which helped us plan financially. At my request, they even came back that same day to drop off boxes and moving materials so we could get a head start on packing. On the actual moving day, everything went extremely well. They carefully wrapped all our furniture and nothing was damaged or even scratched. The wardrobe boxes they provided were very much appreciated too. The move was worth every penny and I will not hesitate to hire them again for any future moves. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!!
