Company did a complete reinstallation of of the ooerting system. Everything worked perfectly. Work was done exactly as promised.

Joseph has been our IT guy for over 3 years. We had moved our operations and had to move all our servers and computer which we imagined would be a nightmare which happened 8years ago. Joseph helped us prepare the new site in advance and then moved our servers and computers on the day of our move. Everything went well without any hiccups. We were down only during the time of our move and were back up online once our furniture and computers were in place. It really changed the way I now feel of a moving experience. The screen on my daughter's iPhone 5c stopped working after a drop. A friend recommended Joseph at Fujitech. He took the phone apart and showed us the screen separating from the digitizer. Not having a 5c screen in stock he ordered one plus a new battery (at my request) as the old one was barely holding any charge. The phone was fully repaired less that 24 hours after we brought it in. All I can say is excellent service at a fair price far exceeding my expectations. Highly recommended.

I brought in my External Harddrive to Joesph who I have brought other products in for repair. After reviewing my harddrive problem is was going to be a long process but in the end all my data was recovered .. Cant thank him enough for his patience and understanding my need to keep all my data.. Richard P

I have had computer probblems for quite sometime and the store near my home just did not resolve my issues and I kept having to go back to them again and again for quick patches. I finally decided to break away from them and found Joseph of Fujitech from Homestars and decided to give them a try. Joseph ran a quick diagnosis on both my laptop and desktop tower and gave me an overview of issues I had which was almost exact as what I was actually facing. He then gave me various options of what can be done and what his recomendations were and the costs involved. I decided to go ahead with his recomendations and had my laptop defective hard drive replaced with an SSD and restored back to fresh factory settings while a complete system cleanup & tuneup on the desktop tower. It has now been over 3months and I have not had a single issue with both the computers. Even though Fujitech is not very close to my house, it was worth visiting them and they got it right the first time itself.

Joseph's place has been my go-to for computer repairs the last 3 years. The first time I went in was because my external hard drive malfunctioned and he was able to recover all my files (which can be a scary feeling!). Another time, he fixed my laptop was when I had water damage in my keyboard and he managed to save the motherboard. Most recently, I had a corruption with my operating system and once again, Joseph was able to fix the problem and recover all my files. Although most places are able to fix your computer problems, they can sometimes take advantage of you and overcharge you. I feel most comfortable going to Joseph every single time because he is honest, consistent, and reliable. He will not charge you if he can't fix it. Other places will charge a "diagnostic/labour fees" regardless if they can even fix your computer problem. Joseph takes the time to explain to you what is going on and is very understanding. Thank you so much, I will continue coming back.

Once again, Joseph did an amazing job installing my Kaspersky internet security, and back up drive. Despite being very busy, and knowing I was in panic mode without any security, he came to my aid, and within one day, resolved all my issues. As usual, he was thorough, informative and fast. I have been dealing with Joseph for many years now, and have come to depend on him for his integrity and broad knowledge about everything to do with computers. I feel privileged to know someone like him who I can trust with my personal data, and whenever an opportunity presents itself, I recommend his services with confidence and great pleasure. My daughter's computer was malfunctioning at a time, when she had to submit important data to her superiors in Rome. Since she resides in the Philippines and is here for her home leave, she has no access to her computer expert there. Since Joseph had come to my aid before, we contacted him. He eliminated her problem, as well as the problems I was experiencing with my computer. We are so thankful for his expert help and his and his teams kindness and helpfulness.
