After several satisfactory service experiences with Fujitech over the past 5 years, I went to Joseph for help setting up an external drive back-up system. He configured the new equipment, made a complete back-up of all my files, and gave me a tutorial on how to make safe back-ups at home. At no additional charge he also configured my Samsung phone to synchronize with my new email system. Thank you Joseph.

I was on my way to a meeting in Toronto when I accidently dropped my phone and cracked the screen and the touch digitizer stopped working. My colleague who was with me looked up and found Fujitech was closest to where I was at the time and we went there for a solution. Joseph was at hand and was able to replace my broken screen with a new screen as we waited. Great job and excellent service.

This is the 3rd time I have used the services of Fujitech and as always they have been really helpful. Our internet service provider had been giving us lot of problem and we decided to change the provider. After the change, our DVR remote view, etc. stopped working. The Technician who came to setup the internet could not help as he did not know how to use the DVR equipment. I called Joseph and after a quick troubleshoot, he knew where the problem was and had my security system back up and functioning normally.

I was having some issues with my computer and wanted to get it tuned up. I found Fujitech and Joseph from Homestars. Joseph was extremely personable and did a great job of explaining what the potential problems could be. I was used to other stores taking 3+ days to do similar work but Joseph had it done the next day! I will use Fujitech's services again! Thanks, Joseph!

I had been to Joseph of Fujitech numerous times due to his great service. This week was no different. My 8year old laptop was slowing down to a crawl and Joseph diagnosed it to have a bad drive. Since it was really old and obsolete, he recomended me replace the computer. I needed something really fast and did not really need a laptop. He had a Lenovo Core i5 system in stock with SSD and latest Windows 10. I added a 24" LED Monitor and he helped setup all my existing programs and moved all my documents and pictures over. When he was done, I did not have any trouble navigating through the new Windows 10 system. He had made it so simple for me with all my files just as they were and I can print and scan just like I used to. Excellent service as always.

With the July 29th deadline for the free upgrade to Windows 10 fast approaching, I finally decided to upgrade our 2 desktop and 2 laptop computers, all of which I use in my business. I can't afford to be without a computer for more than a couple of days, and I know enough about this stuff to make informed decisions. I searched on Google to find a reputable and reasonably-priced technician in my area (as my experience is that the big box stores are expensive and not always very knowledgeable. I found Joseph at Fujitech Technologies Inc. - an independent business - with an almost perfect score on Homestars with over 175 ratings. In addition, his store was on the way to Finch subway at Steeles & Yonge, so I decided to give him a try. This was the BEST decision. Joseph is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. He offered several options in upgrading each of my computers. He explained everything in detail and completed the work before the promised date. This included transferring the data and reinstalling some of the programs, as well as upgrading the memory and disk drives (to SSD), where it made sense. All 4 computers are now lightening-fast. With Windows 10, the resolution on one of my monitors was just too small and fuzzy. I called Joseph to ask his advice and he just said, "Bring it in and I will show you how to fix the issue or I can walk you through the steps over the phone." I decided to bring it in, and within ten minutes, Joseph had explained the issues and showed me how to fix it, and then went ahead and fixed it. No charge! Next, I'm going to have Joseph upgrade my wife's laptop to Windows 10 and also have him review and upgrade my daughter's MacBook.

Joseph explained what he thought was the problem and what he proposed to do. A day later I got my laptop back and it has never worked better. !

We had been having intermittent bad wifi signals at home with our Netflix steaming service always buffering. We called Joseph and he helped us optimize our wifi coverage at home and now we get good Wifi signal all over our house and our Android boxes and Netflix streaming service works beautifully. Joseph really knows what he is doing and we were confident of his work no sooner he came to our house as his troubleshooting was spot on and everything he did just made sense. Great work and a very happy customer.

I have a 2014 MacBook Pro which had been a great computer until recently when it became very slow. Most places I went to suggested me to format and reinstall my MacOS, but I was very concerned about my data and programs which will all need to be reinstalled. I contacted Joseph, took it to his store and he did a diagnosis and gave me suggestions to upgrade my ram and also upgrade to an SSD. He assured me that all my programs and data will remain as it is and that the only difference I would notice would be a significant increase in speed. His words of assurance gave me confidence to ask him to go ahead. Once I got back my upgraded MacBook Pro, I was extremely satisfied with the performance improvement and it was exactly as how Joseph described it would be. From now on, Joseph is my go to IT support guy for all my computers.

Joseph has always been my go to guy for all my computer issues. He has helped me over the years and especially during my most critical hours of need when my computer crashed with some bad viruses. He is a friendly and professional guy, does not beat around the bush with long stories and will do everything he can to ensure customer satisfaction. I would very much recommend him to everyone.
