    Computer Setup and Maintenance

    Joseph of Fujitech has setup all our computers at our Medical Center and we can depend on him for all our computer related matters. We find Joseph to be very professional and do not hesitate to recommend him to others for his excellent service.

    Security camera system setup

    My husband recently got a great deal and purchased a set of Lorex Security system. We had tried to set it up ourselves and ran into various problems. We found Fujitech on homestars and decided to call them to help us with the setup. Joseph was very helpful and helped us understand the product in detail and setup the remote monitoring on our laptop, iphone and ipad. I was impressed that even though we did not buy the product from them, they were still very willing to help us out in finding out the product information and explaining it to us. A true 5 star customer service rating is appropriate for them. Kathy

    Computer repair and upgrade

    Computer Setvices

    During my 2year posting in Toronto I have come to rely on Joseph for all my computer problems which he always tackled and found effective solutions for me everytime from setting up my backups, virus removal, PC crashes and most recently laptop completely dead. I have now moved back to Montreal and I am really going to miss him the next time I have a computer problem. I certainly endorse his professionalism and wish him all success.

    Efficient, attentive, honest, expert help

    This is the third time I've turned to Fujitech for computer SOS, and each time I've been equally impressed with their professionalism and trustworthiness. The first time, my tracking pad wouldn't respond. After a short examination, they noticed that I'd inadvertently switched it off! Problem solved quickly, and no charge. The second time, my Lenovo laptop screen/cover joint cracked, making it impossible to open. Joseph recognized what happened and agreed to simply install the replacement cover that I sourced from offshore, when local suppliers didn't have it in stock. It ended up taking him twice as long as predicted for him to complete the installation job, but he stuck to his $50 quote for the service - worth every penny. Today, I brought in my daughter's MacBook Pro, which was apparently not connecting to the hard drive (white screen with question mark). Joseph took ten minutes to explore possible issues, including dead hard drive, and ultimately determined that it was a cable issue, which he's found is common in MacBooks, though Apple apparently doesn't accept this... In any case, problem was solved in less than half hour - $85 for the cable, $15 for service, 100% happy daughter. If you're looking for a place you can trust for computer help, look no further. You'll get professional, focused attention, no charge for assessing needs, and quality, reasonably priced, and efficient service.

    HP Probook laptop repair

    Last Thursday my HP Probook started behaving funny and after a while the entire computer died on me. I could press the power button and it will power up with all the lights coming on, but will not get any display on my screen. i was in a middle of a project and had to finish by this week. i took my laptop to Canada Compuxxx but they told me it will take 2-3weeks to repair, I could not wait that long. I then found Fujitech on Homestars and went to them. Joseph was really helpful, he quickly ran a diagnosis and informed me of the problem with the motherboard and informed me of how much it was going to cost and asked me to think over if it was going to be worth it for me to repair. It was definitely worth it as the price was much lower than the other place I had taken to and he was going to have it ready for me the very next day. I went back the next day and he had revived my laptop. As a precaution, I used the laptop as much as I can for the past few days and I have not found any issue as what I had before. I would certainly recomend Joseph of Fujitech to anybody who has any laptop problems as they are reliable and deliver as promised. Danny

    Repair to Asus ZenBook

    On my laptop, the screen was black and unresponsive. Joseph indicated that the screen replacement could be $350 because it was a high definition screen. He called me back in the same day saying that he had good news and that my laptop was ready. He was able to repair a terminal and charged me $50. Kudos to Joseph Liu for being responsive, efficient and honest. Great guy running a great company!

    Computer

    This is my third review for Fujitech, and I'm sure it will not be my last. Whenever I have any computer problems, it's Joseph that I turn to - like a good friend when I'm in panic mode. I know I can rely on him 100% to get the job done fast and get me going. His services are worth more than what he actually charges (free diagnostics!), and, he stands by his work.
