    Repairs, Support & New Computer

    Joseph is professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help us with our (many!) computer and networking issues and made suggestions on how we can make improvements efficiently and cost effectively. He met all deadlines and responded to any inquiries promptly. I would recommend Fujitech and will definitely be going back anytime we need further support. Thank you Joseph!

    Computer repair

    Long story short: My computer stopped working late last week (so slow I wouldn't bother with it) I checked Homestars at work Friday the 6th and first called PC Service on Site as they had great reviews and were closer. I was promised a call to "walk me through" fixing my computer myself 2 days later (the 8th) That call never came. I was very disappointed with the lack of service, and NEED a functioning computer. I called Fujitech Technologies Monday the 9th and I had AMAZING service from them. Joseph returned my call within 20 minutes. I explained I was in need of a fast repair. He said he worked till 7 pm, but could come after work (wow!) He arrived by 8 pm and worked at my house (on both desktop and laptop) until 10 pm. (I don't know when he sleeps). He was polite, helpful, and best of all, an expert on what he does. He was actually $20 less per hour than my first call and actually came to my house--after work--that day (which I truly appreciate because I know NOTHING about computers and was NOT looking forward to fixing it myself via a phone call). I'm still astounded by such incredible and efficient service. I will recommend Joseph and Fujitech to everyone I know. AMAZING!!!!

    Wireless network range boost

    I had come across fujitech searching on homestars and based on the reviews I decided to call joseph to help me solve my problem of weak wireless signal in my house. Joseph came and did a checkup and then gave me a solution to use a wireless device to boot and expand my wireless signal in the house. after installation, now I have very good wireless internet signal all around my house. Very professional service.

    Fixing windows

    I found Fujitech Technologies Inc. two years ago through HomeStars.com when the monitor of my laptop had been broken. I was happy with service provided by Joseph. If I have any problem with my laptop I go there and always get excellent service. They care about their customers and save their money giving a professional advice how to avoid unnecessary expenses. Now I am their permanent customer and recommend Fujitech Techologies to everybody. Natalia

    HP TouchScreen PC repair

    I have a HP 22" Touchscreen PC which suddenly died and cannot boot up. I took it back to where I purchased it but it was out of warranty and they wanted $450 and 2weeks to replace the Logic board. My colleague suggested me to go to see Joseph of Fujitech Technologies as she has had good service from them. Joseph took a look and immediately knew what the problem was. He repaired my mainboard of the computer and I was able to get back my computer the next day. Joseph was excellent and I could not be more grateful for his excellent work.

    Security Camera setup

    My friend and myself purchased a security camera kit from a big store for our home office and we set it up ourself, but we could not setup the system for monitoring from outside our home office. I found Fujitech on Homestars and called Joseph. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He came yesterday and very quickly setup our system for us. Now I can monitor our cameras from my laptop and my iphone. I am a very happy customer of Fujitech and Joseph is very professional in his work

    overheat

    very good and quick service. They were quickly able to identify the issue with my laptop and I didnt have to make costly return trips. Overall good service! Also the fix occured earlier than the stated time!

    Laptop Repair & Virus removal

    I have been going to Joseph for my computer services for over a year ever since my colleague had referred me to them. Joseph has helped me take care of my laptop overheating and shutting down and also have replaced my keyboard when I accidently spilled coffee on it. This Monday was a disaster for me, as I got a virus in my computer in the middle of my project which was due on Tuesday. I was already tight in meeting my college deadline for submission and i suddenly get an Police Warning screen locking me out of my computer. I took it to Joseph and he as usual he was helpful and put me on priority and had the virus removed and I got back my computer the same day. It was such a relief that I could submit my project on time and I am very thankful to Joseph for helping me in my time of need.

    Dell Inspiron 1564 Keyboard problem

    I found Fujitech online through homestars and went to them to fix my laptop keyboard which had 4 keys not working. Joseph took a look and told me that I has spilled some liquid. I told him that I had not done anything like that. He then opened it up and took out the keyboard and showed me that water was still inside. I then called up my daughter and realised she had spilled water on it and they did not tell me about it. He had the keyboards in stock and replaced it right away and also helped me cleanup all the mess inside. I am very satisfied with their professional service and agree with everybody who had posted good reviews about them,

    Fixing my laptop

    I had taken my laptop into My Tech at Walmart and had even more issues than when I took it in. When I looked at the contract, I found out that they were responsible for nothing that they did and I was out of luck. I came to Homestars and read all the reviews about Fujitech and came to the conclusion that if that many people took the time to write a review, they must be good.......and YES THEY WERE. I drove an hour to get to the store and within 2 minutes of arriving, they figured out that Walmart had installed a 32 bit operating system and I should have a 64. He also promised to make sure my documents would open. I had some important ones that I needed. Two days later, everything was fixed and he restored my documents and music.....such a relief........ Here is my advice, it is worth the drive to Thornhill. A nice family, a wonderful job and a great price......Thank you Fujitech Technologies Inc.........YOU ARE AWESOME
