We had a major computer emergency in our household - all three laptops had major problems...a crashed hard drive on one, nasty viruses on another, etc. Joseph Liu expertly repaired all three computers in a timely and expert manner. He cleared stubborn viruses, reinstalled operating systems and key programs, and installed new hard drive. The performance of each computer has been significantly improved. Joseph really knows his stuff, treats customers well and clearly explains issues. This is the best computer repair shop that I've encountered.

Joe did his level best to retrieve data from a damaged hard drive and although he couldn't, his service and support were greatly appreciated. Also there was no charge for this work. I was very pleased with a new PC purchased from Fujitech. He did offer to send the drive to a lab at no cost for an estimate and he helped set up my new computer at a nominal cost. A positive experience in an otherwise negative situation.

One of my 2 computers (the older desktop) failed one morning. I called Fujitech and Joseph came over to assess the problem. Immediately, he discovered that the computer's mother board was defective. Since the computer was so old and I didn't really need 2 computers anyway, I asked him to simply remove all the data from the old computer and transfer it over to my newer computer. He did this and I was then fully up and running. I was impressed with Joseph's computer expertise and the fact that he gave the work his full time and attention without "watching the clock" and looking for ways to charge more. His wife, Jenny, was also very pleasant and helpful while "tests" of my equipment were being done. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family for any of their computer needs.

We found Fujitech through Homestars. My laptop had a very bad virus, which kept coming back after virus removal. It turned out that the motherboard was affected and new hard drive had to be installed. Lots of head ache, but Joseph was able to get the computer up and running, His is knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend his services.

I have been going to Joseph for all my computer services and find him to be very professional and reliable. Last week my daughter spilled water on her brand new macbook pro which we just purchased in December 2013. Even though it was under warranty with apple, when we took it to them, they did not honor the warranty as it was liquid damage and considered personal negligence. The cost to repair it was very expensive from apple, and so I took our macbook pro to Joseph. As usual, Joseph took a look and told me the price and when i had told him to go ahead, he had the computer ready for me in 2 days. Now I have the macbook pro back and it is like new. Excellent work done.

About a month ago, I had purchased a new computer system with 2 monitors and a All-in-one laser printer and wanted it to be setup in my house. I am not very knowledgeable to setup all the wires, etc. and so I needed help to setup. Since I lived in toronto, I decided to give Pete from PC onsite a call as he is also in Toronto. Pete came by to setup the computer, but by the time he left, my brand new system had no display coming on either of my monitors. Computer would turn on and I had a blank screen. He looked like he did not have the experience to setup my new computer or to repair the problem he had created, so I had to let him go with my computer being worse that how we started. I then gave Joseph a call and he came by the next day appointment to help me. When he came over, he kind of knew what the problem was. I was much more comfortable since, Joseph did appear to be much more experienced and knew exactly what to do. Even the advise which Joseph gave me when i asked questions, made a lot more sense. Long story short, within 2 hours, he fixed the problem which the other person created and had my computer, printer, scanner and wifi all setup as I had wanted. Because of the bad experience I had with PC onsite, I decided to hold off on a review for Joseph (just incase something goes wrong). It has been over a month now and I have not had any issues. I therefore give Joseph my highest recommendation.

I cannot recommend enough the excellent service by Jennie and Joseph at Fujitech. They are courteous, knowledgeable, honest, professional and very reasonably priced. They give you great advice and will not do any work that is not necessary. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

My neighbour recomended me to go to see Joseph when I asked him if he knew of any good computer technicians. My HP laptop stopped working after a good 3years and I was crippled without my laptop. I took it to Joseph and he almost knew right away what the problem was. He had my computer repaired with all my data intact. Very fast and professional service.

Joseph is a computer magician. He revived my computer after the motherboard “died”. The problem was that my computer is 11-years old and I couldn't afford to re-install Windows, since I don’t have installation packages for some software on my computer and some software cannot be installed on modern computers with Windows 7 or Windows 8. I would also lose my data associated with the software. Initially I went to “Canada computers” where I was told that my computer is not repairable and the only solution is to find exactly the same motherboard (11 years old!!!). As the last resort, I went to Fujitech Technologies. Joseph was able to fix my computer. Joseph is my rescuer! Many thanks to Joseph!
