We had used Fujitech services twice in the past couple of month for 2 different computers and 2 different problems. Both times the service was excellent. In addition I had called with some questions and Joseph had answered and explained promptly what to do to resolve the issue. I visited Fujitech last week when my daughter accidently spilled water on my laptop and my keyboard stopped working. Joseph examined my laptop carefully and gave me the good news that the water did not go into the system motherboard. Only the keyboard was damaged and he had the keyboard in stock and replaced it for me right away. I am very happy with the new keyboard which is even better than the earlier one since this is a US version which is much more suitable for my use compared to the earlier bilingual keyboard. I will surely recomend him to everyone.

This custom computer is amazing! It took only one week to be built. Even though it is costly, it was completely worth it! It is top of the line and high quality. i have bought from this seller before, and the equipment (headphones, Ethernet cord, and other miscellaneous stuff) good couple years. Even though it's costly, it was completely worth it! Now I have the proper kind of computer for gaming and game design! Thank you!

This is the second time we've used Fulitech Technologies for virus removal on computers that did not have the proper anti-virus software. Joseph was quick to diagnose and make the necessary repairs. We were also having issues with our home internet service and he came to our home to inpect our router's settings and provide valuable advice. Joseph is always very patient and courteous and we highly recommend him.

I am glad to have found Joseph to fix my laptop. My HP DV7 laptop started giving me problems where my screen goes totally white after sometime. I had taken it to another store where they changed my LCD screen, but this only helped for a few days and the problem started again. I went to Fujitech and Joseph took a look and informed me that the motherboard needed repair. What convinced me was, he guarantees the repair or will give a full refund. It has been 2 months now and I have not had any problems so far. I think he did a right diagnosis and solved my problem. Good job done.

I have dealt with Joseph on numerous occasions and have always found him to be very helpful and patient. He always listens to all I have to say before he gives his suggestions and implement them. I am a very satisfied senior and would recommend his services to others.

I had a problem last week where my computer cannot startup and instead keep rebooting again and again. I was working on my project and was desperate to have it fixed and took it to a big box store (BB) which was close by my appartment. I called them up everyday with no update. Finally on Friday they told me me my hard drive was defective and that it was expensive to repair and instead I should buy a new laptop. I found Fujitech through homestars and went to them on Saturday morning where Joseph did a quick diagnostic and told me that my hard drive was perfectly fine. He found some corrupt files and had it fixed in less than an hour. If only I had found Joseph earlier, I would have saved myself so much hassle and also saved the diagnostic fee I had to pay to the other store for their wrong diagnosis.

I have been going to Fujitech for the past 3years and have always received excellent service from Joseph. This week was no exception, while I waited for my computer to be fixed, my 4yr old daughter turned restless and cranky as she was hungry. I was surprised when Jenny offered my daughter a choclate bar and some snacks to calm her down. I did not expect this and have not seen such friendly business anywhere in Toronto till date. They really made us feel special and hence I am writing this review to recommend them to everybody. Thank you Jenny & Joseph.
