I went to Joseph on a recommendation from my friend for setting a Camera security system at my house as I had some people vandalising my property. He listened to me very patiently and then gave me various options and prices and explained me the differences to help me make a good decision. He then came and had all the Cameras installed and the DVR system configured for remote monitoring thru my iphone and also from my laptop. I am very happy with the work as he even cleaned up the mess which occured during installation. I will recommend their service.

Last week my laptop started having a lot of issues and crashing.and my friend helped me format and reinstall my windows. But after that, my wireless stopped working and i could not get internet. I visited Joseph today and he did a check and found that all my laptop drivers were missing. He helped me reinstall all my drivers and now it is like new again. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend his service.

My accountant's PC crashed yesterday morning and it drove me nuts as I had so much information stored in it for my small business. I found Fujitech through Homestars and went to them. What got me was when he assured me that the new computer contents will EXACTLY BE AS the old one except for the hardware which is newer. I got back my computer today morning and I am really impressed that he really meant it and did infact managed to have the new computer cloned exactly as the old one and I do not have to install any additional softwares and weare able to continue our work right from the point before our computer crashed. My son broke his laptop screen and I did not want to spend too much to fix it, so I looked online and purchased an LCD screen on ebay. I received it a few days back and tried to install it myself but unfortunately it was not as easy as I thought. I called up a couple of places, but they wanted to charge me a lot more than I can afford. When I called up Fujitech, Joseph sounded as a more logical choice, since he asked me to take it to him to see what I did wrong and then he will let me know how to proceed. I took my laptop and my new screen to him, he checked it and found that I had made a mistake of not taking out the required screws and have cracked the LCD cover/frame. He quoted me a price which was the most reasonable of all and had it fixed right away. I am very satisfied with his service as he has to patience to educate me as well.

I have a Sony vaio laptop which had stopped working and would just not power back on. I searched on the internet for a solution and found lot of suggestions that the motherboard maybe dead and require expensive repair. I went to Fujitech and Joseph did a quick diagnosis and found that my DC jack was actually broken which was not charging my battery and hence not being able to power up. He replaced the required component and had it up and running for me the same day. I will certainly recomend him to everyone.

What really impressed me was Joseph's very friendly and helpful nature. I am a very new iphone user and at my age these hitech gadgets are all too sophiscated for me, and, my children do not have the patience to teach me either. However, Joseph was extremely patient and helped me setup my email on the iphone so that I can receive all my emails on my iphone. He also gave me some useful tips and shortcuts and showed me some fun ways in which I can use my iphone. I love this place and would definitely tell my friends and recommend seniors like me to look for Joseph for a friendly service.

I really thank Joseph very much for understanding my financial situation and helping give me a break. I am a student and my netbook hinge broke after my brother dropped it the other day. The hinge repair almost costs half the price of the netbook itself. However after explaining to Joseph he was very kind to help me repair it with improvised parts and have my netbook fixed.
