When I first visited Joseph, I did not know what to expect as I had quite a few bad experiences from other places including big box stores. But when he took a peek at my computer and gave me various options and suggestions, it completely changed my perception about him. He performed a diagnosis on my computer right in front of me and showed me the various issues and what he was going to do to make it right. I could see everything first hand while he performed the repair with me waiting and watching. Most places would not even entertain customers watching what they do (or not do), but Joseph was nothing like that. He even gave me tips on how to maintain my computer including showing me how to cleanup inside of my computer so that it does not overheat. He had just won me over as a long time customer and I would certainly recommend his services to others.

I found Fujitech from reading the HomeStar reviews. I am glad that I have found Joseph who is knowledgeable and professional in this business. Everything that was mentioned by other reviewers was exactly true about him. He did a diagnostic test in front of me and gave me a professional advice about what he would do to fix it and at the same time he improved the system as well. It was worth the drive from Etobicoke as I do not live anywhere near his store. He also followed up by texting me if my computers were working fine. I will definitely go back and recommend to all my friends as well.

Joseph gave excellent advice and friendly service. He also helped me solve problems with my laptop at little charge. I noticed that he treats all his customers very well while I was waiting.

I have been going to Joseph for all my computer related problems and each time is a learning experience as he is really willing to teach me and help me with my issues. This time was no different. I had purchased an Acer laptop from Fujitech around a year back and the warranty ran out around 3 weeks ago. Last week my computer crashed and kept getting a bluescreen. I contacted Acer (that's when I realised my warranty had run out), and they would not budge or help me with any further information as my warranty has expired. I took it back to Joseph and explained him my situation. I was surprised that he did not just put a blame on Acer. He diagnosed the problem which happened to be defective memory module. He called up Acer on my behalf and tried his best to have the memory replaced. In the end, Acer would still not budge. He then replaced the memory for me on his own (without even my insisting). This was indeed the best customer service I had ever experienced and I was more than happy to give him a tip for such an outstanding service

I brought my laptop in earlier this week for a quote. I was able to pick it up later that day, which I was very happy about. He was very professional and friendly. I would definetely recommend.

I had an excellent experience when dealing with Fujitech. I was almost instantly greeted as I entered the store. When I described my situation to Joseph, the technician, he knew instantly what my problem was and the quick and easy solution. He gave me a variety of different options and pricing as well as answering every question I had to satisfaction. I was told it would take one day to install the fan and to my happy surprise he contacted me later that day informing me that it was finished. Since then I have had absolutely no problem with the installation. Overall I had an absolutely pleasant experience and would highly recommend this to anyone with computer needs.

I have nothing but good things to say about Joseph. He has helped me on different computer issues in the past, but last Friday my son's computer got infected with some kind of a virus and lost all his data. He had been working on a project for the past 4days and all that was gone. My son went berserk and could not eat or sleep. I took the computer to Joseph the next day and explained the situation to him. Although he was very busy that Saturday, he put my work on priority, removed all the viruses and had all my son's data recovered. We were really relieved since my son had to submit the project on Monday and with Joseph's help, he was able to do it on time. I will certainly recommend his excellent services to everyone I know.

my friend racommend them to me and i call them to come to my house to make my house wireless internet. now my 4 computers are connected to internet and one hp wireless printer works nicely and can print from all 4 computers 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs he also help me connect my samsung tv and i can watch youtube from my samsung tv thank you

Fujitech is the real deal. I had seen their reviews online and had went to see Joseph and true enough he was helpful and went straight to the point with accurate diagnosis of my computer problem. I took his advise on the replacement of my graphics card and upgraded my memory. Now my computer is back to normal and I am loving it. I would recommend my friends to Fujitech without hesitation.

I am very happy to have found Joseph from Fujitech to help me with my macbook computer problem. My macbook has been crashing a lot recently and I have had it taken to authorized mac service center and have learnt that my memory was the problem, however the prices they have given me for the memory was really high. I am a student and could not afford to spend $190 on memory upgrades. Joseph was friendly and helpful and did a diagnosis of my computer and then suggested me the upgrades and I was surprised at the very affordable rates.
