    Computer upgrade and rebuild

    Last week my computer crashed and I was desperate when after a few places I checked told me it would take at least a week or so for repair. I could Fujitech on HomeStars and called Joseph who informed me that it will not take a week but he will need to check my computer before he could give me a more definite answer. I took my computer to Joseph and after his assessment and suggestion, he assured me that I could have my computer upgraded and running in 2days. True to his words, I had the SSD upgraded with more RAM added and all my data recovered and my upgraded system working much faster with all my data intact. I was really impressed that Joseph delivered as what he promised. I think I have now found my go to person for all my future computer services.

    Removal of virus

    I was pleasantly surprised how little time it took to get my computer back after they wiped a virus from it. What also impressed me was the fact that they were honest in not trying to upsell me virus software that didn't suit my needs. I found this company very knowledgeable and they answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    repaired 2 laptops

    He reinstalled corrupted windows 10 operating system on lenovo laptop as the system repair/restore did not work and ordered/replaced a very swollen asus laptop battery with a new one. The battery could have posed a hazardous problem. Joseph quickly diagnosed both issues.

    Awesome, friendly efficient service

    Needed a replacement port for my husbands computer. Went in on Friday and he needed the computer for work in the States on Monday. The work was done within couple of hours and for the cost quoted. Great friendly service. Thanks!

    Laptop water damage repair

    I had accidently spilled water on my Acer Aspire notebook and it could no longer turn on. I went to Joseph and after his diagnosis he let me know the issue and the cost to fix it. I found the price to be reasonable and I got back my computer in 3days. Very satisfied with the fast service. Ronnie

    Computer repair

    Last week my computer which had become very slow, finally died and could no longer start. I took my computer to Fujitech and Joseph performed a quick diagnosis and gave me an estimate which I found to be reasonable and asked him to go ahead with the repair. I picked up my computer the next day and was pleasantly surprised at what Joseph had done on my computer. He turned my old slow computer into a turbo charged super fast computer. It was just unbelievable and I could not be more happier to join others to share my good experience at Fujitech on HomeStars.

    Macbook Virus removal

    Joseph has been my IT guy from the time I have stayed at Thornhill till now after I moved to New Market. I went to Joseph last week aster my MacBook start behaving very erratic. He diagnosed and found my MacBook to be infected with viruses and got it all cleaned for me by the end of the day. Great service as usual.

    Virus Removal

    I have been going to Joseph for all my computer services for over 6years and I would not hesitate to recommend him to all my family and friends. Joseph is very upfront and professional and has always been pin-point in his diagnosis of my computer problems. He never tries to upsell and has always tied to give me the most economic solution. I sometimes wonder how can he survive if he does not charge more, but I guess the many loyal customers he retains certainly does keep him going. I for certain will be going back to Fujitech for sure.

    Laptop Repair

    I was recommended to go to Joseph by my colleague who had received excellent service for her computer problems. I can now join the other numerous people who vouch for Joseph of Fujitech in his fantastic service. I took in my Asus ultrabook which died and would not turn on at all. It had all my ongoing project and work which I had been working on for the past week and I had a deadline to meet. Joseph assessed my situation and gave me Various options. He was very honest and knowledgeable and I had my computer back working like in turbo boost mode. For first time people who are still not sure where to go, I can say Joseph of Fujitech is definitely worth for you to try out for your computer issues, besides they don’t charge any fee for diagnosing your problem at the store.

    Laptop Repair

    After many years of being problem free, I had my dreaded first crisis with my laptop. I couldn’t get anything to function. Everything seemed frozen. Was distraught and on the verge of tears when I brought it to Fujitech and Joseph quickly eased my worries. He did some diagnostic testing and said my hard drive was most likely the issue. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining things to me and answering my endless questions. He gave me my options and did not try to upsell me with anything. In fact, he recommended replacing my drive with a smaller size, because he said I didn’t really need a bigger one with my usage. The smaller size cost less and he could have easily not even given me that option. He also recommended me switching from the traditional hard drive that I had to a solid state drive (SSD). I had no idea what a SSD even was and Joseph patiently explained the differences to me and what I could expect if I switched to SSD. Joseph replaced the hard drive, reinstalled Windows 10 and my programs and recovered and transferred all of my data. He also fixed the back-up I was using and gave me anti-virus advice and explained what I would need to do when I got home with my internet connection and printer. Not only did Joseph fix everything, my laptop is significantly faster with the SSD he recommended. I can’t say enough good things about Joseph. He was friendly, fair, kind, honest, knowledgeable and very patient. Although I hope I never have another crisis, my anxiety level has been reduced because I now know that I have a great “computer guy” if I need one. I took all the remaining business cards Joseph had on his counter so I could share them with my friends and family. Thank-you so very much for helping me Joseph. I hope you stay in business forever!!!
