We recently renovated our home and all our computer connections were in a huge mess. Our Wifi seem to be inconsistent and dropping connection and our Wifi connected printers just would not work and all wires connecting to the computers were all over the place. We called Joseph who assessed our situation and gave us recommended action plan which we followed. Now all our cabling is neatly done, no more messy wires on the floor. Wifi signal is strong and reaches all the rooms of the house and our wifi connected printer works flawlessly. Very satisfied with the work done and will certainly recommend their services.

Just two words : Excellent Service. Joseph helped revived my dead MacBook and upgraded it with SSD and I just can’t believe the tremendous improvement it has made. I just love it.

My wife dropped her ultrabook and it could no longer power on. I had taken it to a nearby computer store who quoted me $400 for the repair but was not able to explain me what they were going to do. I was not comfortable with them, so decided to look for second opinion. I found Fujitech on HomeStars and they were not too far from my home too. Joseph took a look and after checking it out he found the problem was with a faulty cable and a onboard connected slightly damaged. He showed me the damage and informed me it could be fixed for $150. It was a no brainer for me to ask him to go ahead with the repair and I had the computer back the next day. Joseph really knows what he does and I will certainly recommend his professional services.

We have had very poor wifi connection in our restaurant and we called Joseph to help us improve the Wifi range for our customer access. Joseph came in promptly and ran an assessment and quickly installed the necessary range extenders in the appropriate locations and had our Wifi signal boosted to every corner of our business. All our clients are now very happy with the Wifi & internet speeds, no more complaints from my customers mean I am a happy business owner too. Could not be more pleased with Fujitech.

I've been going to Joseph for well over 10 years. FRom building personal computers, fixing home laptops, fixing work laptops, antivirus removal, upgrading hard drives there is nothing Joseph and his team can't do. A quality that Joseph possesses compared to others is that he never upsells nor does he mislead you. He lets you know exactly when the services are ready and your expectations. A very noble quality. My Thinkpad T450 had slowed down to a crawl with constant freezing issue driving me crazy. I went to Joseph after I heard about him from my colleague. Joseph ran some quick diagnostics on my laptop and identified the issues and gave me recommendations on the spot. I agreed to have him replace the bad hard drive with a solid state drive and reinstall everything. He had my computer ready by the very next day and I was absolutely blown away with the speed of my computer. I had never felt so alive using my computer. I was glad I went ahead with his recommendations as he was very professional and everything he told me totally made sense. I will definitely come back for all my computer repairs and will recommend them to one and all.

My work ultrabook quit on me last week and just went dead and cannot power on. I thought my AC Adapter was bad and bought a new one but still could not get it working. I went to Joseph who did a quick diagnosis and found the problem was with the motherboard. He repaired the motherboard and I got my ultrabook back working beautifully without losing any data. Totally worth it.

Joseph has helped me setup all my computers in my Medical Centre with the networking, optimizing the network & all PC's together. What I like about him is he is willing to explain what he does and never hesitates to answer my unending questions. I somewhat carelessly broke my laptop's wireless card while installing a new battery, so took it to Fujitech for an assessment and repair as my wife and I had taken a couple of other family laptops to them before and we were always very pleased with their service. This time was no different. Joseph quickly figured out what the problem was, and fixed it so that it's working like new at a very reasonable price. He also was able to fix it same day, within only a few hours which was a huge relief to me as I needed to use the laptop to complete some work I needed to get done under tight deadlines. My big takeaway from my experience with Fujitech and Joseph in particular is that he is truly an honest guy who genuinely wants to help his clients achieve the most economically sensible outcome possible. So refreshing in an industry that seems to be largely plagued by a sea of shady operators. At this point I wouldn't even consider going to anyone else for computer repairs. I also noticed today that Fijitech has a terrific collection of refurbished laptops at great prices that they themselves refurbish, so will definitely take a more serious look when anyone in our family needs a new laptop. My computer would turn on, then shut off after a few seconds, then turn on again, and would always boot into the Bios. Following this, I would exit and windows would load fine. I thought the issue might be the battery, but wasn't sure, and was worried it was something more serious, or that my motherboard was on its last legs. Fortunately, it was only the battery. Fujitech diagnosed the problem very quickly, and replace the battery. The battery was inexpensive, and I just paid for that, plus labor. I thought I would have to leave it for a few days, but they solved and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes.
