If I could give these guys more then a 10 I would. Looked them up on HomeStars, read the reviews and called them. They came that day, they gave a quote, picked up and had the couch back to me in 2 days. The completed EXACTLY what I asked them to do at the cost they quoted. The job is awesome I couldn't be happier. The couch looks better then when I bought it ten years ago. Do not throw out your furniture have these guys fix it for you...you won't be sorry!!!!

We have two chairs that have been in our family for many years. I contacted TJ, sent him some pictures and he came out to give us a quote. His colleague came to show us samples of material. We chose one that would work and he set about removing the old covering and rebuilding the chairs. Since we were going away for about a month, he agreed to store them in his warehouse until we returned. We also had a pine kitchen nook stripped and refinished. It looks beautiful and like new. We were very pleased with his professionalism and the quality of his work.

I cannot say enough positive things about the service provided by TJ Fine Upholstering. After e-mailing a photo of my 25 year-old couch Milton gave me a quote which he stuck to. He came and picked up the couch and had it ready in a shorter amount of time than he said it would take (which was a nice bonus). The couch was fixed up and is honestly as good as new. It looks great and it feels brand new. The workmanship is first rate and he was very easy to do business with. I am very happy with the service provided by TJ fine Upholstering and would most certainly recommend him to my family and friends.

We have a beloved hat rack that has been in the family for several generations. It was quite wobbly and had a lived-in look. We called Milton to see if he could fix it up. He explained that it should be taken apart and the old glue removed, then refinished and repaired. We sent pictures and received a quote. On agreeing, Milton arrived promptly and took the hat rack and part of our old piano, the music placement part that was badly scratched and dented. Both pieces came back transformed. We were delighted with the result. The hat rack is back in place and not a wobble plus the drawer was fixed and some missing crown moulding replaced. We felt we got excellent value for our money and it was a pleasure to deal with Milton.

Upon my research for upholstery services, I located T.J Fine Upholstering. I read the reviews submitted by other satisfied customers and decided to give them a try. I enjoyed working with Milton (owner). The workmanship was well done. The patterns were matched beautifully on my very old cottage sofa cushions, giving the piece a brand new updated look. The service was very fast and I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Milton took a very old armchair (60/70 years old) that had been in use by my daughter in a shared apartment for years and had weasels living in the base and restored it to splendour, replacing the cloth with tufted leather so that the chair now is a brand new high end luxury chair. The wing chairs, almost 30/40 years old, were taken right back to the base and rebuilt with a new sage green textured fabric that has brought these chairs back to life. Milton has done a miraculous job of restoring all three pieces. My daughter is astonished that the falling apart armchair that she wanted to throw out is now this luxury leather chair!! The work was done on all three pieces within a week of picking up the furniture and then delivered back to my door. The price was all-inclusive. Everyone who sees them asks for the contact information of who did the work. I highly recommend Milton and his company to complete your transformation!!

TJ did a terrific job recovering my 18 year old sofa. It looks brand new!. He picked up the couch and delivered it - also included in the cost. Very quick turnaround as well. TJ had my loveseat for just over a week.

I had a teak sofa and chair that I inherited without the cushions, which had languished in the basement for years. I finally got up the courage to get cushions made for them and found TJ Upholstering through their positive reviews. Milton at TJ was quick to respond and talk me through the process. In a few short days I had picked out fabric and the frames had been picked up. The final product is amazing. The sofa and chair have an incredible look to them and the quality of the work is superb. I could not be more happy with my choice.

Milton, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. I could not find fabric I was happy with. He directed me to a fabric store where I found the perfect Belgian linen. I provided him with the fabric information and he went to all the trouble of getting it. Employees from TJ. Fine Upholstering picked up and dropped off the furniture to and from my home. I wanted to update my old-fashioned but very good quality Henredon sofa and armchairs. For the sofa, I went from double cushions to one single cushion. For both the sofa and armchairs, I had the apron removed and Milton put decorative legs on the pieces. The sofa and armchairs are now very modern and tailored. I also had eight Thomasville dining room chairs recovered. Milton added extra padding to the chairs which improved their comfort. All the pieces were ready and delivered before the promised date which was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend TJ. FIne Upholstering.

This is my second time going to Milton to have upholstery done on an old chair. I have a design project coming up and he transformed a very ugly chair into a beautiful one! He is always a pleasure to deal with and I love the detail and care he puts into his work. I would recommend his services for anyone looking for upholstery.
