After another handyman was a no show, Dave came to my rescue. He was very professional and the communication was exceptional (we had to wait for the weather to cooperate). He did the work quickly and matched my railing to the existing one perfectly and repaired my stone steps. He even took the time to answer questions I had about my downspout/eaves trough. Will definitely call Dave in the future.

I appreciated Dave's immediate response and his timely communication leading up to the appointment. Dave was able to complete all items on my list, including the difficult task of removing old metal rods from the facade of my home. His work was quick and of high quality.

Dave is amazing. Punctual, organized, polite, creative in solutions- a sincere gentleman. I have had him handling various projects, both inside and outside, and have complete confidence in his workmanship and efforts. Dave gets the job done!

Dave arrived on time and outlined what had to be done to replace four tiles around my newly installed shower knob, in a shower that was tiled 14 years ago. He was fast, worked cleanly and did a super job. You cannot see a difference between the original grouting and the new grouting around these tiles. I will be calling Dave again, when I have other miscellaneous jobs to do around the house. He is knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced.

This is the second time we've had Dave do work on our home. He is extremely prompt (in fact he arrived a few minutes early), works quickly, is extremely knowledgeable and does excellent work. He's also great at coming up with creative solutions and offered several ideas that ended up saving us money. Dave took the time to answer any questions I had and at the end of the job, he came back into the house with a broom and dust pan to clean up! I highly recommend Dave. I'm already starting my list for the next time we have him over.

Two years ago, Dave spent a few days doing a wide variety of work on my house, and all that work has held up in great shape since then. Last week, Dave came back to take care of the kinds of things that come up with a house, including re-attaching a rain gutter that had fallen down, some patching and painting of my house exterior, fixing and replacing faucets, re-fitting a thermostat that had been installed badly, re-gluing chairs that were falling apart, and giving advice on installing new window shades. What Dave is providing now is the kind of reliable, ongoing support that I hadn’t been able to find before, and that makes life much easier for me as a homeowner.
