Back in spring, Dave did pretty much all the random pieces of renovation needed in a large main floor/kitchen project. We wanted tall cabinets so he removed the empty bulkhead above our old ones. He removed all the cabinets and counters without damaging our existing backsplash which was the only thing we wanted to keep, added in electric lines for the potlights and undercab lights that would be going in after the cabinets. He removed 3 sinks and tied off the water lines so the rest of the reno could proceed. He came back after the cabinets went in to drywall any holes, add potlights, connect the new sinks, connect the dishwasher as well as a complicated installation of some pendant lights that my wife just had to have. He pretty much did anything and everthing we asked of him so I had no problems forking over the money...it was well worth it. If your reading this review just stop now and call him cause there's nothing more I or anyone could say to explain the satisfaction I'm sure everyone here has had with his services. Can do big or small jobs in a thorough and timely manner. Replaced our kitchen faucet effortlessly and cleaned up any mess left behind. Repaired our deck so it looked like new and fixed a lighting issue in our kitchen in a matter of minutes.

David came in, assessed our problem and fixed it in a short period of time. He was fast and tidy and the job was done professionally. What really impressed me, though, was his follow-up. He called to see how it was holding-up. I really appreciate that!

We had a whole variety of small jobs around the house that had been neglected for some time. Dave came in and fixed everything in record time. He was very careful in his work and cleaned up afterward. Great guy, great service.

Dave successfully completed two projects no one else was willing to take on. He set a cabinet/frame around our new convection oven which was smaller than the opening in the existing kitchen cabinets. Dave made use of available leftover wood so that it blends in nicely with the rest of the kitchen. He also made a beautiful wooden frame around our 5' X 8' hallway mirror. This was not as easy as it sounds because the wall around the mirror is uneven. We are very pleased with the work done and the attention to detail.

Dave Symons did another excellent job for me. I take great pleasure in recommending him to anyone who is looking for professionalism, a great working attitude and top-notch service. I live in my present home over 25 years and with age, everything falls apart eventually. This is the story of my ceiling. One will notice that my ceiling is no longer perfect but the joined seams are coming apart and cement pieces are falling on my carpet. When I called on David, he came and investigated. His approach and modus operandi were above par as he broached me on what might have constituted this problem. He worked on my ceiling diligently, checked it carefully a few days after, when he then applied a second touch up, waited another day to ensure that this was perfectly adhered to and then finally painted the hallway. At this time, he never hesitated to advise that my walls were dirty and he gave me a head-start in cleaning it up at the top where I could not reach. I am very pleased and satisfied that I have the right man for my jobs. Thanks Dave!!!

I finally found Dave. He is reliable, honest, skillful and hardworking. Dave was very prompt at contacting me and the work started within the next few days. We had a hole in the living room ceiling from water damage, damaged shower door and water damage to the baseboard surrounding the shower, a laundry room door repair, and a kitchen ceiling fan replaced. Everything was fixed due to Dave's quality of work, and attention to detail. It's taken a load off my mind that I can contact Dave and home improvements will get done properly and quickly. I'll be calling Dave again soon.

Dave, I am very thankful for your caring customer service. I experienced some issues with my bathroom and had two people look at it, prior to Dave's visit. In a nutshell, the problem persisted and as I am unable to get the new products to my home, I called on the best handyman in town as he did professional work for people I recommended to him. This was Dynamaic Dave, and without fail, we shopped together and with his expertise, purchased my inventory. He provided A1 service, by removing the old and putting in my new toilets carefully and well aligned, ensuring that I had updated toilet accessories. Dave did an excellent job and I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone! Kudos to Dave!!!
