Payment is simple: cash, VISA, MasterCard or debit. Sometimes the debit machine fails to catch the signal, I'll admit

Reply created 6 Sep 2017Noam is our long-time respected assistant to the lead technician. Indeed, he is knowledgeable and rather amusing. We're so proud to have this energetic young man a part of our team. Well done, Noam!
Reply created 6 Sep 2017Lina is the most professional receptionist Canaduct has ever had. She is a pleasure to speak with on just about any level and on just about any subject. Thank you for extolling her abilities, Zemerh.

Reply created 13 Aug 2017I have been in this business for almost 18 years. One thing I will say about ALL duct cleaners that have worked for me: they have all been really good with and received a great response from the children AND pets of homeowners. Being invited into people's homes is a privilege, and one that technicians seem to take great pleasure in. We are most grateful that you invited and trusted in 2 "strangers" coming into your home. We had the opportunity to engage in a few chuckles with 4 lovely and personable young people. We are grateful. Paul Barret, Operations Supervisor & Lead Technician.

Reply created 27 Jul 2017We perform duct cleaning for SO-O-O-O many contractors. Only reason? Their customer are satisfied. We've never had a complaint. Just shows to go ya.
Reply created 27 Jul 2017Dear Cross It Off Your List. That's correct. We don't up-sell. We perform a full inspection. The customer sees what the technician sees. If there is an issue that needs to be addressed, the technician will offer his advice; then he walks away allowing the customer to make their own decision. Only the homeowner can know their own priorities and make choices with regards their health and budget. Customer satisfaction is our priority so whatever the customer decides is fine by us.
Reply created 27 Jul 2017Paul Barret is articulate in person but enjoys being silly in these responses. He's 66 years old and having fun on the internet. Please bear with him. Be sure to ask him to perform his accents and voices when he arrives at your place. Paul puts the fun back into duct cleaning. See y'all soon, homey!
