Reply created 6 Sep 2017Our lead technician Paul Barret, is highly qualified in his role as an Indoor Air Quality Specialist (I.A.Q.S.), and is always pleased to share his knowledge with Canaduct customers. His passion is rooted in his being one of the 12,000 people who didn't die due to the London (U.K.) Smog Environmental Catastrophe of 1952, although his respiratory system was permanently compromised, as he was only 18 months old.

We are speedy, exceptionally well-choreographed and make certain we don't waste a single step, because your time is precious. Our fine honed procedure is the result of almost 2 decades of experience. Oh, and that mark on the wall....? As all our indoor rubberized/plastic hoses remain just that, it is unlikely our technicians were the culprits. Had this been pointed out, they are equipped with remedial cleaning solutions. Interestingly, we've not had the occasion to make use of them yet. Thank you for the review. Cheers!
