They even made sure to work extra quite while my 8 month old daughter was sleeping up stairs. extremely happy with canaduct duck cleaning and i will be calling them back in the future. Why am I limited to only giving Canaduct Cleaning a 10-star review? The clean team, headed up by Paul, the Operations Supervisor, were the most professional tradesmen to ever walk in my front door. My faith in humanity has been restored, along with the clean air in my home. The furnace now runs quieter and the AC temperature dropped a couple of degrees, too. This was the fourth or fifth time we've hired this company for duct cleaning. One of the reasons I like them is because they do not use overseas telemarketing for their sales! They are locally owned and provide very fast, courteous and professional, and high quality service. Their technicians and office staff are a pleasure to deal with.Answer from pro:
Yeah those telemarketers are driving a lot of homeowners nuts. My dear old dad shared this little snippet of wisdom with me: "Don't buy anything over the phone or at the front door." It's always worked for me. There are some companies that are actually using our good name in order to secure work. Too bad they lack the self-respect and maturity to stand on their own good merits

I chose CanaDuct from a shortlist of companies because I didn't have to "hold on" while they connected me to an associate. From the start they seemed like an old-fashioned, honest company who did good work. Scheduling a duct cleaning was as easy as pie and the lady on the other end was very friendly. On the day of the duct cleaning, Paul and Noam arrived as scheduled and began to diligently start the work. They were courteous, friendly, and funny! They took care to explain what they were doing when I asked and they left the place better than when they got there. I am more than satisfied with CanaDuct's professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future!Answer from pro:
