Enrique was so professional and arrived to give me a variety of quotes (based on different types of removal) in less than 3 hours from my initial phone call...he arrived with his team the next morning spot on time...did MORE than what he said...even fixed old tree problems from other tree services and the best part, he left my place SPOTLESS...it was cleaner than it had been when he first arrived. very easy to eeal with and would use his service again in a minute.

We called Enrique to prune an old Apple Crab tree that was in very poor maintenance, also to remove a Maple tree and prune two others trees in our backyard, Enrique came himself and his crew to complete the job as agreed, he's a hands on professional, highly knowledgeable in this matter and went over and beyond our expectation, Furthermore, he also offered to come back later on if we feel that additional work is needed to satisfy us for no additional compensation. They were able to relate with our neighbours concerns and address them in a friendly and professional matter which allowed him to gain additional projects. His help was also friendly and most professional. I'm glad that I was able to find their company and will count on them for future projects. Thank you and best regards.

Enrique was extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. I was very impressed with not only his quality of work, but also of his esthetic vision for our property and his respect and value of the integrity of the trees themselves. Our property was meticulously cleaned after the job and has never looked better!!!

Enrique answered my first phone call, and was ready to meet me that very evening to look at the tree and discuss options. He explained our choices and costs clearly. His crew completed the job the very next afternoon, and did a great job -- there was no sign of the tree and the surrounding fence and plants were untouched. Enrique came by and had great advice - we were planning on removing a tree entirely, but he suggested they just cut off the dead bits and leave the rest, to maintain our property value. He was quick, very professional, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

We live in a row house with a tiny backyard and 2 oversized manitoba maples. Access was really difficult but Enrique and his assistant were great with the trees and pruned them exactly how we wanted, giving us more sunlight for the garden. That's the good part. Not so good was the fact that the garden took a serious beating and I think some of the plants have been damaged beyond repair. Also, the bin that we used for collecting yard waste is mysteriously gone now. Lid was left, bin is gone. I'm sure this was carelessness, as was tossing a brick from the patio onto the flowerbed, crushing a fern in the process. If a more care had been taken on the ground, I would have given a 10 rating. UPDATE: Enrique came by and found our bin! He also explained the clean up process better and why what happened with the plants was mostly unavoidable. He also pointed out that he repaired some overhanging wires in our neighbours' yards at no cost. So I'm happy to revise my rating.

A tree in my backyard broke in a windstorm, became a hazard and needed to be removed. Enrique was extremely helpful and provided EXCELLENT service. Enrique’s company was recommended through a friend at work. We have a Cherry tree that needed extensive pruning with difficult access. We’ve had several other tree pruning companies over the years and they always did the easy stuff, the low branches and easy to access areas. This led to the tree having a long, flat, unattractive canopy that stopped adequate light from reaching the other plants in our garden. Enrique and his crew did a marvelous job, they gave us exactly what we wanted and the yard was spotless afterward. The tree is thriving again and the other plants are too now that they are no longer in the shadow of an unruly canopy – thank you Enrique!

I was very impressed. They were very prompt at all stages of the work from the estimate to the execution, hard working and efficient. I have several large trees that needed pruning. Enrique addressed all my concerns and thoroughly explained what he was going to do, and the actual work exceeded my expectations. My back yard is a bit complicated for access, but it didn't stop this team. They left the trees looking trim and great, and the back yard super clean. Definitely would recommend them.

I had a big old oak tree removed from oor property. I was impressed with the professionalism and competency shown. The service was provided meticulously with attention to details and respect for environment around the house and the garden. The job was completed on time as promised, and I was dealing with the very polite owner not with often changing hired staff (often amateurs). The job was done quick and clean.
