I am 100% satisfied with the work done by Enrique from Professional Tree Services. I would use him again and recommend him without hesitation because: --> he stopped by to give a free quote less than 24 hours after I called --> he did the job the very next day after providing the quote --> he was on time for both appointments (for the quote and the work) --> his work pruning the trees in my yard looks great -- he tidied them up, without taking off more than necessary, and he made sure to cut them back from the power lines --> he did the full clean up, as promised --> in the end he charged me LESS than the price we agreed on because he said the job was less work than he anticipated.

They were quick with quote and service excellent. Our entire house had been overrun by Ivy this year, it had gotten up over the entire home , over the peak of our victorian home in Cabbagetown, close to 50 ft. They were quick and efficient and very nice and cleaned up the property well

We were very pleased with the work that was completed the 1st time we used this company. We just called them back again to trim some very large trees in our backyard and again the service was perfect. They are respectful, tidy and efficient!

Last summer, Enrique's team came to trim 3 trees in the lane way behind my house and two of my neighbours. At the time, I was having landscaping done on my front yard and my 15 year old birch tree was suffering as a result. Enrique advised me on how to care for it. This spring, he returned to give my birch some much needed care and attention. During all of these interactions with Enrique, I have found him to be very knowledgeable regarding trees and city bylaws as well as honest and genuine. His team is professional, punctual, efficient, polite and tidy. His prices are reasonable. I highly recommend his tree services company!!

I contacted Professional Tree Services and several other similar companies to trim a massive Manitoba Maple that was growing over my house and that raccoons were using to access my roof. Previous owner had let it go unchecked for more than 40 years and it was an absolute mess. A couple of other companies refused the work due to the complexity of the task or wanted to charge prohibitively. Professional Tree Services showed up and confidently explained what was required to rectify the situation, what the scope of work would entail, what legally could be done within the City of Toronto bylaws and how they would overcome the difficulties expected. Once contracted they showed up when they said they were going to and went above and beyond on the job. They encountered raccoons under a second story deck and guided them towards the tree and ensured they all had time to evacuate before finishing the job. They trimmed exactly what we agreed to and made the tree look great. They also cleaned up some scrub in my neighbors yard, so they are as impressed with Professional Tree Services as I am. This company provided a truly outstanding level of service and I give them my highest recommendation.

I called Enrique to remove a largish tree in my back yard. He was there the next day, examined the tree, gave me a quote (which was more than reasonable), and told me when he'd be there. He was there right on time, got right to work and in no time the job was done. When they left, the yard was cleaner than it was when they started. I'd recommend their service to anyone and I plan to call them again myself.

I have been using Professional Tree Services for 2 years. Enrique and his crew have tamed an unruly apple tree, and removed a couple of trees and large bushes from my property. Once we agree on what needs to be done he is back within a couple of days to do the work. His work is always done quickly, professionally, at the price we agreed upon and if thats not enough he does a great job cleaning up afterwards.

I highly recommend professional tree services. I had a tree in my backyard that was starting to push my fence. I called them to remove the tree and we set up an appointment to make a quote for the removal. They came up the next day, took a quick look at the tree and gave me all the information I needed to know and scheduled me in. The removal was well done and they cleaned up the hole. They are very kind, professional and organized. I'm very satisfied with the service.

I found Enrique and his crew through a google search. He answered his phone right away, quoted on the same day and when he arrived, walked me through the entire project. He clarified any confusion I had and even took pictures to show me isolated branches so I knew exactly what the result would be. Not only was he friendly and professional, he went the extra mile to ask about neighbours and alert me to possible concerns that I hadn't thought of. His crew arrived within the week and did the job in one day, leaving my backyard cleaner than when they started. All in all, a great experience.

After attempting to contact many unresponsive companies, I turned to homestars and found Enrique. He answered his phone right away, showed up for a quote (on time!) and impressed me with his knowledge and experience. I also found him to be friendly and honest. And when the job was done, I came home to a yard cleaner than when I left it in the morning. Need I say more?
