Very professional organization. Owners took time to design exactly the look we wanted. Railings and banister came in on cost and a head of schedule. After installation service was excellent. Will definatly use again. Highly recommended!!

We were very pleased with Art Metal from the very start. Yevgeniy and Oleg responded to our email requests for quotes and installation promptly and were always very pleasant and professional throughout. The price they provided us was competitive with others, but what won us over was their website with all the pictures of their work at different homes throughout the area. That helped us easily figure out what kind of a railing we wanted for our home. The installers came this morning on time and have since followed up with the work done this morning via email. We love our railing-- it's exactly what we pictured it to be and more.

When things did not go exactly as planned- Art Metal Workshop stepped up to the plate and made sure that at the end of the day, I was completely happy with their work. This is the mark of a company that truly cares about their customer and their reputation!

Very impressed with the workmanship and service. Prior to obtaining their services Yevgeniy offered me a tour of the shop and I immediately noticed the pride they take in their craft - the raw metal looked as good as as the finished product. They were polite, courteous, and punctual - I woul highly reccommend the Art Metal family!

Excellent service. You do not have to harrass this company at all to respond to phone calls and show up to do the job. I've dealt with many other companies in the past and these guys are right there with the best. The new railing looks great and the final cost was really quite reasonable.

The owner came and measured promptly after we called. A quote was quickly provided online, and though they had given me a 4-6 week turnaround, they were came to install in 3 weeks. Professional, courteous, and Eugene is so great at dealing with any questions or concerns. The customer service is top-notch, the work is excellent. They matched an existing railing. I would highly recommend them.
