The Art Metal team was willing to work with our design ideas, and the railings were produced and installed within the time quoted. The workers also came out for touch-ups to fix minor surface imperfections. The railings are sturdy, look great, and we are very happy with them.

The contractor arrived at the time that was given, and the work was completed within the specified timeline. The results are beautiful, and exactly as we discussed. The owner came as promised and measured for the railings. He told me to visit the website and pick a style and then I was given a price. I was told 6 weeks for installation. The railings were installed as promised and the workmanship was good and they took my old railings. I was told any problems to give them a call and they would fix it. My only negative comment was that I was told they would be there for 9.30am and they showed up at 11.30am and I had taken the day off work.

I ordered a railing for my front porch and received exellent service from Art Metal Workshop. There were no hazzles for follow up on the work done and I always got a prompt response to my enquires.. Good work!

Yevgeniy responded to my inquiry within hours of my message. His response was thorough and professional. The same day, he came to measure the area and later that day emailed me the linear footage needed. After that, I looked their site and asked him to quote prices for 4 or 5 different styles that we liked and he responded very quickly and thoroughly. No evasion or hidden caveats. I was able to pay the deposit via paypal. They came to install as agreed and the job is simply superb. I have already recommended them to 2 very close friends.

I contacted Eugene to quote on new railings at my parents home. He responded promptly to measure and provide a quote. He was able and willing to work from a design image that I provided. The railings were installed within the time frame specified. My only concern was that there were a few spots requiring touch up paint, however he was quick to send installers back to rectify. I would say that he provides a quality product in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend his company. Thanks Eugene!
