We are so pleased with our new Magic window wall and window! Our sales representative, Lexy, has been so wonderful and supportive from the day we first met him. Lexy helped us pick out the right products that were customized to our needs. This is a big investment and a good warranty for the product was an important factor. We had the chance to meet Saul and Lior during our visit to the factory before we signed up. It was nice to see we were supporting a local family-owned business in Toronto. Between the time we placed the order and the installation date, Lexy kept us updated and was very prompt with all his communication. He knew we had a specific deadline for the installation and HE MADE IT WORK in time for us. Our minds were blown! Lexys Customer service skills are the best. On installation day, Lexy came by to make sure everything went smoothly and helped us communicate our specifications to the installers. The installers noticed that one of our blinds needed adjustments so they took it back and told us the Service team would be in touch. Within a couple of days we had Jason (installation manager) reach out to us and has been very helpful and supportive with addressing any concerns. To the entire team of Magic - thank you! We highly recommend your services.

I called Magic because I noticed the caulking of one window was separated from the frame. Magic came the next day and replaced the caulking. The technician also inspected the other windows and replaced caulking of one other window. The technician also noticed that there were missing water trap doors in the bottom of my patio door (supposed be be 2 in each side but there was only one). He came after 2 days to install them. So far, I am happy with Magic. The initial installation 3 years ago was excellent and the after-sales service has been great as well. (There was no charge to this service. I put $10 because I have to put a numeric value here to continue)

Magic Windows continues to be a positive experience for us ever since we had them installed in our newly built home. Most of all we are enjoying our new and innovative window walls. We have needed some service attention over the two years that we have lived here and the service department has been quick to respond and thorough with their service work each time. Most recently they came to make some adjustments to our screens and frames and locking mechanisms on the window walls. All the work was done well and for many of the visits Magic will send the same service technician, who is excellent, so we always have a positive feeling about when they are coming to assist us. We had a very good experience with Magic Windows. They were very accommodating when our renovations got delayed and we had to wait till spring for installation. The crew who installed the windows were fantastic and the window wall looks amazing! I love the fact the blinds are conveniently rolled up within the window frame. The windows make such a difference to the room, they are definitely a focal point. We did have to call service a few times to deal with the screens but even that experience was painless, and the guys were great. Lynne Cyr

I had Magic Windows install all new windows at the front of my house about 3 years ago. The sales and install experience was decent I suppose. Now several years later the lack of quality is showing. I recently installed a new furnace and in order to qualify for a rebate from Enbridge I was made have an energy efficiency audit performed. Part of that audit includes a negative pressure test where they lower the air pressure in your home and evaluate how much air comes rushing in thru cracks, doors, windows etc. the air coming thru the windows from Magic Windows was like a hurricane (I felt it myself) where as all the other old windows in my house (over 12 years old) had very little air flow. Also should mention that 3 out of the 6 windows installed also do not open or close easily and require a large amount of force to move.

We recently had all of our windows replaced in our two storey semi-detached home, and a 4-pane window door installed. We had a wonderful experience working with Magic Window throughout the entire process, from the consultation to installation date. The service technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient in their work. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to have their windows replaced or installing a functional showstopper piece in their homes.
