We moved into a house thAt had these windows installed and they are truly amazing! So easy to use and such nice finish and quality. We had an issue with alignment of a screen and they quickly sent out a technician and it was fantastic customer service!! Definitely recommend

I had a Magic Window Wall and a Magic Window installed in my home three years ago. The Window Wall needed some basic maintenance. A service appointment was easily scheduled and the technician quickly fixed the two problems no cost. These windows are really great and the company is awesome. I highly recommend them.

We have a fantastic experience with Magic Windows since we inquired a quote. They were very honest about the time of installation (6-8 weeks) due all the Covid delays. It was exactly 7.5 weeks. Installation was great, very clean. We noticed our backyard door was too hard to open for our little one. I called an arrange service no cost the following week. It is an investment but I love every night closing my daughters blackout curtains and no struggles like before if light was getting in. My backyard door has caught my neighbours attention. The curtains are gorgeous and functional. The only issue I notice is in order to clean the curtain/mesh rail is a bit hard but with a small vacuum attachment the job is done.

From the very start our sales rep Derek was so professional and informative when he came to our house. No pressure sales tactics like other companies. The install team were always on time and very professional. Being all through the house for a couple days they were greatly to deal with. The finished product was truly worth it. The windows came in earlier then expected as well. Getting lots of compliments from neighbors already. I would highly recommend using Magic Windows to improve the looks and quality of your home. I had a 35-year-old patio door replaced with a new Magic patio door. I purchased the door with the retractable solar shades and the retractable screen door. I couldn't be happier with the job that was done. The crew with excellent here on time very courteous and did a great job of cleaning up everything when they were finished. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who is looking to replace windows or doors

I had the team at Magic come by to service the windows and install new weather stripping to help prevent condensation build up. They were even able to replace a failed window (these things happen due to age). They were very accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure my issues were resolved. The service team was prompt and efficient in getting the work done. Thank you to Myrna & Radica and the service team for taking care of my windows.
