Magic Windows did an excellent job on the installation, the doors work fabulously. I highly recommend this company.

From consultation to installation and then follow up service, Magic Windows was a dream to work with. They installers had the windows removed and installed (with trim and blinds) of our total three story house by 5:00 pm. A very courteous team that even vacuumed the house before they left to make sure they did not leave any mess behind. Windows are a big investment and Magic Windows are probably a little more than average. But the quality, service and the tech of having the blinds and screens roll into the frame is amazing. And on top of that a fantastic warranty. Our house was normally quite dark with windows on only the south and north side. The lack of having screens in front of them has definitely brightened our house. I would recommend this company 100% Tell them Greg sent you ; )

We purchased the window wall in 2021 but, as it was on the upper floor of our house, we had to wait till we did our deck to be able to open the doors. We finally did our deck this year and were able to open and use the window wall!! OMG it is fantastic!! Initially it was a bit stiff and so we called Customer Service (great service was provide on the phone) and they sent a technician over within a few days. Milap was great! He was very knowledgeable on the product, "greased" it up to have it running smoothly and even showed us some tips and trick for opening and closing the window wall and the screens!! I love it and it just adds the finishing touch to our deck!! Very classy and chic. It was the icing on the cake...my husband and I are very satisfied and now wondering how we can get this same window wall when we retire and move back to the Caribbean!! Magic you guys need to provide product and services in the Caribbean! Thank you... great product and service!

We have an old home and a wall of windows where the floor had a definite dip of almost 2 inches. Tommy Alarcon and Gurinder did an amazing job of correcting for the discrepancy and the windows look amazing. Would highlly recommend both the product and the installers.

I had a window wall installed in 2019 and the rubber gasket at the entry door had become unglued. I called in for a repair team and they were able to come within a couple of days. The technician was pleasant, identified the issue and repaired it immediately. Great stuff!
