We have been needing new windows for some time and I had heard many ads for Magic windows. Met them at a show and decided this product was worth the time. We had them installed in February and immediately noticed that it helped with temperature regulation in the house and substantially reduced the noise from outside. We needed something looked at recently and they came right away and solved the problem quickly. Great business.

While our project manager was lovely and very reasonable, we faced significant challenges come installation time. Although the installation team was pleasant, the installation manager was rude, condescending, and made it evident that Magic does not value customer service as much as it proclaims. The install manager compared the window installation process to Rogers (notorious for poor service). Here's hoping we do not need to avail of the warranty because Im unsure how that will go! The windows, which we've had for about a month now, are satisfactory but nothing special. However, we will not be returning to Magic for the remainder of our windows nor will we be referring you to family and friends. As their installation manager indicated, we were a "small job" and it seems Magic values its customers based on their spending so our business and any subsequent referrals won't be missed.

Magic windows are truly magical! We're so impressed by the design, quality and installation, not to mention the innovations of retractable screens and windows without cranks. Genius!

We replaced all of our windows in 2021 with Magic Windows and are SO pleased. I would absolutely recommend their service not just because the windows are great but their service team is also. I recently had an issue with a patio door that would not lock. They scheduled my appointment and replaced the locking system quickly and at no cost. Their tech was polite, efficient and speedy! I love my Magic Windows. I had two sets of glass sliding doors installed and they are beautiful. I absolutely love the retractable screens and shades. It makes a huge difference in the amount of unobstructed view we have. The installation was very professional and was cleaned up immaculately afterwards. I appreciated the helpful tips we received to care for them and keep them running smooth for years to come. The customer service immediately contacted me after installation to make sure that we were completely happy with everything as well. I would definitely recommend them.
