I contacted Magic Windows for a warranty related issue. It was resolved quickly with little fuss.

My crank windows at front of the house started to cause problems over the years. I needed to get them fixed, until I went to a friend's house and saw their new windows. They replaced their old windows with Magic windows. I loved them so much I decided to do the same. I replaced my crank windows with Magic windows. They are very nice and easy to open and close. Also very easy to clean.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! These windows are wonderful. Custom measured. Fit perfectly. Neatly and efficiently installed. The hide away blinds leave nothing but glass, and the thin frames mean even more light. They are tight, warm (installed in the winter) and quiet. Definitely improved the "curb appeal" of our home, and we will enjoy the light and refinement for years to come. We were kept apprised of the manufacturing of our windows step by step, and the installation was wonderfully, neatly and very professionally done. A few minor adjustments through a fantastic after sales service experience as well. I would highly recommend these windows and this company.

Placed an order for two Window Walls from Magic back in late summer and just had them installed. These windows completely transformed our home and were worth every penny! I also appreciate that these doors come with retractable bug screens at no extra cost (where other companies charge premium for this feature).

Not only their windows are magic, but their after sale service is also magic! From the attentive, courteous and friendly Service Coordinator, Myrna, to the actual service technicians that were sent to our house our experience has been all positive. They either will leave you completely satisfied, or they will go back to their office to come up with the right solution to fix the problem. That simple. We had this young, very helpful fellow, whose name I cannot remember right now, sorry; and then we had Cuong, a top notch fellow in all regards. Thank you to Myrna and her team! We recently had four Magic Windows installed. Our salesman was very knowledgeable. The installers were careful to make sure our home was not damaged by materials going in or out. They took the time to show us how the windows work. We already notice the difference in the temperature in our home. Well done, Magic Windows!

My wife and I are very pleased with both the product and the professional installation. This company was wonderful to deal with right from my initial call. The installers were clean and courteous and completed the job on time. I ordered black-out blinds on one of the windows and I noticed a few days later that there were a few tiny puncture marks on one of the blinds. I contacted the company and within a few days a technician was here, replaced the damaged blind with a new one and was out the door in about ten minutes. I love the new windows and we noticed an immediate difference in the amount of warmth in our basement and the unexpected reduction of outdoor noise in the rooms where the windows were replaced.
