I like our windows but we had an issue with a handle from the sliding door. Magic Windows sent a tech out to replace the defective one. He was friendly, polite and competent.

I had windows installed by Magic Windows in January of this year. Thought I had a problem with them in terms of air leakage. Also, handles were hard to use. Service technician came within 2 weeks of installation. Listened to my story, checked all windows for any air leakage, applied silicone to all parts, made sure every part was working and that I was able to easily open/close window handles for a good seal and showed me something new. Everything is now good and no issues! Technician was professional, knowledgeable and understood the issues I outlined. Will be utilizing Magic Windows to replace further windows as the design, installation and service is top notch! Have recommended to others already! Just can’t say enough about this company and how they truly stand by their product to my satisfaction!

We purchased Magic Windows 10 years ago. A couple of the windows lost their seal. One of the reasons we bought Magic was because of their 40 year warranty. When I called, they couldn't have been more responsive. Their customer service is top notch!! The window panes were replaced within a week. The installer did a great job and left the room perfectly clean. I highly recommend Magic Windows.

We're extremely pleased with the window wall Magic Windows installed to replace our old sliding patio door. During the sale the were very honest with the expected timeline to manufacture and install, a reflection of the supply chain challenges brought on by the pandemic. They indicated 12 to 13 weeks from the order date which was almost precisely the actual time frame. The installation was very professional and courteous. The installers showed up on time, knew what they were doing, got the job done in the time they indicated and left the house clean. They also provided a demonstration of all the window wall features which was very helpful. The window wall was a great choice, we're very pleased.

I had my windows and patio door installed this week. Wow, they're fabulous. They are even better then I expected. The retractable screens and blinds are an awesome feature. The complete experience from the consultation with Jeff to the installation was carried out very professionally. The installers did a great job. Everything fits perfectly. What a bonus not to have drafts like previously. Overall this was a 10 out of 10 experience. I highly recommend Magic

The doors look great and looking forward to using them in the summer. Although they were delayed - they wait was worth it.

Our Magic Windows are great. We had 3 window walls installed! The entire experience front to back was positive. From our initial sales call, Derek was friendsly and professional. It took us a few weeks to make a decision and Derek was not forceful, just the opposite and helped with additional questions. When it came to the install, the team was professional in every aspect. They worked hard and quickly (in very cold weather no less) and had the job done in two days. Derek also came by twice, during the install and after, so show us how to operate and ensure we were happy with the install. The windows themselves are robust solid windows. Yes they are pricey, but you get what you pay for and I'm happy to say the cost was definitly worth it! A++ review for the Magic team!

Our experience was smooth and easy. Jeff was great throughout the purchase and followed up with us when necessary for the 4 windows purchased including 1 window which was custom with a half window above another window. We understand COVID impacted the turn around time to receiving our new windows and given it’s the winter we won’t be able to really experience the Magic until the summer. Samantha Hellens

Love my new Magic Window installation - The sunlight that now invades my basement has increased by more then 50 % - It has really brought the outdoors indoors and the indoors outdoors - Highly recommended
