We had a service call scheduled for Jan 17, which turned out to be the day of the massive snow storm that went across Southern Ontario, but they simply showed up the next day to complete the service call. Under the crazy circumstances, what more could we expect. It was so professional.

Excellent company to deal with, from sales to follow up. Service was great. Installers were neat and tidy with little mess. We are very pleased with this company and would recommend it to all. Had to have a technician to come and adjust some screens, as it was the first time we were using them. Very prompt and the service was great. We highly recommend Magic Windows for both sales & service.

Want to give a shout out to Corey and his team at Magic Windows - they did a great job replacing every window in our house and our new custom patio door. We love the blind system and the simple cleaning of our windows. 4 years later we had one of the crescent windows blow a seal, and they came in very quickly and replaced immediately. I would recommend anyone looking for new windows to check them out - they are different than normal - but think that you will really enjoy them.

I needed all my windows replaced on my home, after Corey' in home consultation we were sold. Excellent workmanship right from the factory. These windows are an engineering marvel. I can unlock, open the window and operate the screen all with one hand. From start to finish, the installation was done professionally. The installers were very professional, clean and efficient. I have had my new door for 7 months now and works perfectly so I, Love my new door, love the way the screen and daylight shades work. the install guys and the service guys are the best. very professional. they know their stuff. After twenty-five years in my home, I wanted to replacing my windows. When I had the presentation on Magic Windows I was blow away, it was a no brainer. I quickly decided on four new replacement windows that fit my budget. With some design changes I made, months later I had my windows professional installed. It was all completed by there own workmen, not contracted out to strangers. Great job well done

Replaced 10 windows in kitchen/diningroom/living/laundry room, incluidng "wall install. Magic did a great job from Sales experience, through installation and follow up service. Very high quality and finishing by the Install crew. Would definitely recommend to others. Only caveat is the time from my order to install was about 20 weeks...so need to consider this if you are on a tight schedule.

In July 2021 we started researching companies for windows replacement. We visited several showrooms over the summer and entertained several quotes and estimates. We visited Magic's showroom as was able to get some knowledge of the products as well as observe the samples available. Danny visited our home and did an excellent presentation as well as answered many of our questions. Magic's estimate was higher than most but a combination of the product, Toronto based, warranty, reviews and client experience we decided to choose this company. We were given a 14-18 weeks period for installation. The only constructive feedback I would provide would be that I would have appreciated a more proactive approach by Magic in keeping us updated on the progress and timeline. I had to call/email on a couple occasions to inquire on the installation. Hence the rating of 9. I received automated emails about the progress of the windows process only AFTER my windows was installed. Installation was scheduled for week 18 after I called in to inquire. All that to say I am really happy overall with the product thus far. I replaced 8 windows in my home and the viewing surface area and easy of opening, privacy screen and bug screen really makes a huge difference. Chis and Mike as excellent on install day. A great duo, down to earth and a good sense of humor. They did a good job with the install and came back the next day to tidy up some aluminum work to match my siding on the outside. Throughout the process and afterwards they did a great job of explaining the use of the windows. They also did an excellent job with the cleanup. I have my patio door that I will eventually need to be replaced and I will definitely consider Magic again when that time comes. I am hoping that I will be able to offer a rating of 10 at that time. Client Service, Client Service, Client service. The best warranty, products means noting if Client Service does not exist. I look forward to testing that theory in the years to come if needed. Thanks Magic for providing an overall good experience with my window replacement.

Stumbled onto Magic about 8 years ago at a Home show. Was impressed with the innovation and products. Particularly the window wall and the fact you can clean the windows inside and out from the inside. Replaced the north facing windows and patio doors because they were the draftiest. We had absolutely no buyer remorse with our purchase of Magic. I described the experience at the time as seamless. From sales, installation, service and product quality; Magic was top rate and worth every penny. So when we decided to replace our south facing balcony French doors, it was a no brainer. Daniel came in no pressure and showed us what was new since our last purchase. When we bought, he advised us that the timeline could be longer because of COVID and supply chain issues. The installation was clean and efficient. We had an issue 3 days after installation, but Magic rectified it the same day we called. The best part is that the window wall is beautiful, draft free, and sunshine now fills the room. If it gets to be too much, the built in shade will block out the light. If you are reading this review you are considering Magic. I highly recommend Magic. Oh, I almost forgot. We had an issue with our original window wall. They repaired it and cleaned it up. It’s like new, and no charge!
