We ordered some extra large patio doors for the back of our house, to replace some really old ones. Two giant panes of glass, one of them sliding, one fixed. They look really amazing and we LOVE them. Our sales guy Dana at Magic was great. There was a discrepancy between what we ordered and what turned out to be possible, that we only learned when the installers arrived to do the final measurements (so not long after we ordered and paid a deposit). One of the guys in our house to measure was pretty rude and patronising given we had a signed agreement and paid the deposit, a little more soothing and hand holding would have been appreciated given we were being given frustrating (and frankly confusing news). Figuring out next steps was not a delightful process, and we felt we had to nag our sales guy for answers and options, which felt crummy for us and I'm sure was no fun for him. Timing was slow from there, to get re-measured and the manufacturing part. I assume making it is slow because of volume of orders and covid, and it took a few months, but that wasn't really a surprise. When Dana said 8 weeks we doubled it in our minds and it was within that time frame. I emailed the office a couple of times to ask for an update on when they might be ready, and never received a response from them, so that was also not ideal. The installers for the actual install were polite and perfectly pleasant. So why the 4 stars? Coz our sales guy was good and the doors are SO GREAT. Worth the infuriating communications with anyone who was NOT our sales guy for sure. If you have a big fancy glass need, I would recommend the product here for sure.

We have very good experience with Magic Window. We are attracted by the design of the windows designed by Magic Window after my daughter has replaced her windows. When project manager, Rick, comes for consultation, he gives us a very thorough explanation of the design of the windows, including the easiness of cleaning of the windows inside out, metal reinforcement of the vinyl frame, clearer view with retractable mesh screen and 40+ years transferrable warranty etc. The installation technician, Chris and Joseph, are courteous, respectful to our home environment and leave a clean place after installation. After installation, I find some unfinished caulking around the windows but the service department responds within a week. That gives me confidence that warranty service can be good too. We would recommend Magic Window to anyone who needs new windows!

Great windows at blocking out the sound from a nearby busy road. The difference is night and day. The windows open up so much more then our cheap builder installed ones. Lots of fresh air coming into the rooms. My only regret is not replacing the windows earlier. But I will use Magic again when the time comes to replace the rest of the windows.

Replacing 18 windows in 3 stages, the cost was surprisingly at least comparable to other quotes. Experienced a few issues with the orders, but the service and installers was excellent.

We had a difficult instal as the windows had to be removed from the outside, not from the inside. The installers did an excellent job. Took their time and didn’t damage anything. Once installed, the new magic windows are fantastic. The hidden screen makes such a difference to the amount of light that is let in. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to install quality windows. It’s also great that they are Canadian!!

Customer service was smooth from time of sale to installation completion for 9 new windows in our 100-year-old home. The window installers were professional, efficient, punctual, and careful with their work. We are very pleased with how the windows turned out and have been enjoying their full utility with the recent cooler fall weather. Dana was super helpful with educating us on the process and expectations. Keep up the great work!

We recently hired Magic to replace our front windows and are very happy with our decision. Wanting to make our house stand out and increase curb appeal in an otherwise typical subdivision where all the houses have similar windows and finishes, these windows did that in spades! We have received so many compliments from our neighbours. The windows themselves are so easy to operate and clean. The professional installers did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and represented the company well. I would not hesitate to recommend Magic Windows.

We renovated our kitchen and chose Magic Windows to replace our windows and door leading to the deck and backyard, and are extremely happy that we did. The windows and door have integrated retractable solar screens eliminates the need for blinds or shades and the retractable bug screens means we can enjoy the view without looking through fixed black mesh. The salesperson was very thorough when explaining their system and listened to our needs when selecting our products. He was also very accessible and responsive every step of the way. The installers were professional, careful and clean. Great product and team, I'll definitely use them when I upgrade the rest of the windows.

My family escaped from the city and bought a 150-year-old home out in Halton Hills. While the move was 100% worth it, the house was in need of some TLC. The basements were dark and the ancient windows had been covered up with plywood and in the winter not only was the basement pitch-black, but it was cold as can be. We called Magic, and Joshua guided us to the right windows for our setting. The difference in light coming into our basement is literally night and day, and the house is markedly warmer now, for the stark improvement in insulation capacity, between our new Magic windows, and the previous plywood/fibreglass setup.
