My wife and I finally decide to replace our old windows that were not original but were warped so didn’t close well and had broken plastic handles. We were referred to Michele at Magic by a friend and after meeting, decided on Magic as she listened to our needs and concerns and answered all of our questions. The installation went well and when a couple of concerns were raised later, they were addressed promptly and courteously. I measure a company based not only on the product but by post-installation support and we’ve been impressed by Magic. We’d definitely recommend them to friends; the new windows not only look great but have increased light and airflow. Double thumbs up to the Magic team!

We had our Magic Windows installed a few years ago. We are very pleased with the quality of their construction, the install and the the superb heat/cold insulation of the glass. We have had a couple of minor services calls since. All have been handled very timely and professionally. We would highly recommend Magic Windows.

We had really old windows on our victorian home and we heard about magic windows on the radio and saw their ad on tv. We called and a great professional came out to explain how their product works and how it's different from other windows. We now have beautiful windows with no unsightly frames in the middle, screen and blinds built right in! It's such a great convenience, as well as being a gorgeous view now! Thanks to Magic Windows for great service and a great product. There's even a 40 year guarantee which gives more peace of mind!

Could not be happier with the team at Magic. From our initial consultation to identify a solution that would work best for our large patio doors to the installation, this was a very positive experience. Magic's product has transformed the look out into our backyard oasis and we could not be happier. We will definitely be working with them when we look to replace the rest of the windows in our home.

To start I am happy with the product especially the retractable screen, but the process was very frustrating. We signed the contract on May 6th. At that time we were given literature stating the current lead time was 8- 10 weeks. The install was done on September 16th. We were constantly told the delay was do to covid which I can understand, but they were not able to tell us where the windows were in the production line. I don't mind waiting but an idea of how long the wait will be would have been appreciated.

Incredible service, even through these pandemic supply chain challenged times. The end product is worth the wait. We live on a busy street and our Magic Windows have cut street noise down considerably, better sleep and better views. Very professional installers as well. I highly recommend Magic Windows!

We are very pleased with our new door. The process from start to finish was excellent. The door has a superior construction. The track is very smooth, the door is air-tight and screen rolls away for a very clean look.

We replaced windows that were over 30 years old and which were leaky. We visited the showroom to see the windows as they are not a common window type, it is more of what I consider a European style window that opens outwards. We liked the fact that you can pull the screen when required. It gives a nice clean sight without the screen. We also liked the fact that the window comes with a pull out sun shade, letting light in and keeping the sun out - you can also get a darkening shade as part of the window package.

I purchased doors and windows 11 years ago. Service team showed up twice (my error) and put things into as good as new condition -replacing normal wear and tear in both bug screens and solar screens.
