WINDOWS WORKED OUT GREAT BIG IMPROVEMENT FROM WHAT WAS THERE . GREAT BUILT-IN SHADES LOOK FORWARD TO THE SAVINGS IN THE THERMAL WINDOWS AND THE WINDOWS THEM SELVES LOOK GREAT.

Magic has been advertising on 1010 Talk Radio Toronto and I have been impressed with their narrative. On review of their product info online and the good reviews they were receiving I became more and more interested. Fortunately I then saw the Magic sign for an install a mile away down my country road. The homeowner was a friend. We were happy to hear of their high regard for the innovative features and quality of the windows. The rest of the story is this. We have had two very professional installs with only one minor problem of a less than perfect Solar Blind. It was replaced post haste. My wife and I would rate function, quality, installation and now a minor replacement 10 out of 10.

This was a replacement of a cracked window under warranty. Called Service Dept. of Magic Windows in July and reported. They sent their service man Emmanuel on Jul. 20th and he was not only very pleasant and respectful explained exactly what he was going to do and did a very professional job. Was very meticulous in removing the old section and made a note of the number on the inside frame of the removed glass and told me that gives his plant the exact measurement and told me the replacement one would be in in a week's time. To-day, Jul. 28th, Emmanuel came with the replacement window and as before did a very professional job of replacing the old one with the new one. No hassle, no fuss did everything quietly and nicely. Did waste even a minute. I am extremely pleased with his work. He is true professional. I will also very strongly recommend MAGIC WINDOWS for any one who is looking for anyone looking for an energy efficient easy handling of opening and closing windows. It is also makes cleaning the windows very easy. I am very pleased with their product, installation and follow-up service.

We recently had all of our windows replaced by Magic Windows. From the very outset, we were impressed by Daniel, our sales and by the product. Daniel's presentation was flawless and from there the product pretty much sold itself. The installation team of Mike and Mosi were fast, thorough and respectful of our home. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I have already recommended Magic Windows to neigbours and friends. To top it all off - the product - from glass to blinds to solar shades, etc., are covered by a 40 YEAR warranty! Amazing!

When the top latch of the window wall door broke, I wasn’t able to open it. I called Magic, and within a few days they were able to come out and get the door open and order parts to get the problem resolved. This was Fast easy repair of the latch on the window wall. Technician was polite and thorough.

We have a beautiful view of the Burlington Bay but my sister could not access the deck as a standard sliding door is not wide enough for a wheelchair. We had talked to Magic Doors at the Hamilton Home show and decided they had the best products. Their sales rep visited our home and took.all the time we needed and helped us pick the best solution. The installation was efficient and very clean. The installers were great. The administration folks were terrific and helpful. We are very pleased with our new doors.

Def. recommend - in love with our Magic Windows! Easy install, pro crew, and amazing quality product. Don't know what I love more: the amount of light in our home, or that with Magic's awesome blackout blinds our kids actually SLEEP IN!

I had heard the ads for years on the radio, so I immediately contacted Magic Windows when it became time to replace our windows. The sales consultant was very professional. First, he presented the different options for the windows as well as the different styles available. Then, doing a walk of our house, he measured the windows and made recommendations on each window's types and options. We were given a quote at that time. I contacted other window manufacturers to get quotes but did not receive the same service as Magic Windows. In comparing the quotes we received, Magic Windows was not the cheapest, but they were not the most expensive. After ordering our windows, it was challenging to schedule an installation date due to Covid19 and ongoing restrictions. However, the Magic Windows staff were very accommodating. They respected our concerns with Covid19 and a date was confirm. We had 14 windows replace and the installation team was fantastic. They laid down mats and runners and were very courteous to us. They even put in an extra effort to get all the windows installed in one day as storms were coming the next day. When they were finished, you could not tell that they were there. They did an excellent job of cleaning up both inside and outside the house. The day after the installation, I noticed that one of the windows had a small crack. I contacted the Magic Windows team and the window was replaced within a few days. If you are looking for a good quality window with an excellent support and installation team, I would highly recommend Magic Windows. You will not be disappointed.

Installation went very smoothly. Two guys from magic showed up. Both had previously worked on the assembly line for magic doors and windows, so they knew everything about the product and how to install it properly. In and out in about 2.5hrs for this patio door. Left everything clean and looking new. Love how the bug screen rolls into itself and can be replaced in the future within seconds. Job well done Magic!!

I wish I had installed magic windows 6 years ago when we started our home updates. I love that there are no cranks and I can retract the screens to let in more light when the windows are closed. Now I can't hear my neighbor's dogs bark when I close my windows. Worth the extra cost!
