Amazing experience with Magic! Love my new patio door window wall. Makes my outdoor space part of my home!! So easy to open both doors. Installation was fast and easy. Highly recommend this company!!!!!

GREAT Sliding Door, the Installers were friendly and knew all about the product. The install was quick easy with no mess. the repairmen came back to fix a little problem that a little glue would have fix and they were also friendly and fast. Can't ask for anything better. Dana is a great Salesman..he showed us what the product would look like. Expensive but good windows especially NO CRANK. Love the sliding screens. Would have loved to add the blinds too. Installation was ok. But Dana came by the next day to inspect and see how the windows were installed. Overall love the windows.

We ordered our patio doors (2 sets) in March of 2021. It’s August and we’re still waiting. We keep asking when we can expect delivery, but communication from the company is either vague or non-existent. Because our project involves a renovation, we are relying on having the doors in order to complete the scope of work. We can’t keep delaying our contractor. As a work around, we thought we could get exact dimensions in order to install the finished flooring. That has been a problem too. Bottom line: Magic is slow and unreliable

From the moment the sales person came to my house, until the day I had the new windows installed, Magic Windows took care of everything with a high level of professionalism and excellence. These windows are easy to clean, easy to open, very functional, absolutely beautiful and different from what it is out there in terms of windows! They offer great light and completely transformed our living space. While they are not cheap, they are worth every penny. I am extremely happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Magic Windows!

Replaced "plastic" windows in a sunroom with Magic Windows. The windows provide a spectacular, unobstructed view of the forest around us. Installation went well, but better clean up was needed as screws from the old windows were left in the grass.

I had all of my windows in my home replaced with Magic Windows 11 years ago. Now, any time I need parts they send them out, if I happen to have a problem with window or sliding door they send a technician out to repair, no charges for anything. The last time the technician was out to repair sliding door handle he noticed, the track of sliding door was cracked. He ordered a new part and the service dept. called to schedule an appointment with me a few weeks later to replace. Works perfect now. I don't recall any home product/repair company that has better after market service and warranty. Worth every penny.

Magic Window and Doors is a reliable and efficient company. They kept us updated throughout the whole build process and were very professional. The installers were polite and worked hard to get our door in and they did a great job! We would definitely recommend this company to everyone we know.

We installed Magic Windows at our waterfront cottage 2 years ago and are extremely happy with the product. Ordering and installation were great. We recently requested a service call as one screen was stuck and the response was immediate. Service was efficient, quickly solved the issue and our service man (Cong) was delightful and pleasant to deal with) I would highly recommend using this company for windows
