Mike and his initial visit was beyond thorough and made us feel very good about our purchase. The experience from purchase to install was informative with us knowing each step of the way where the process was at. There were a few hiccups at installation, but Magic Windows made everything right! When we placed a service call, the technician was there right on time and fixed to the best of his ability what needed fixing. The office window is a smooth operation. The window wall is a little more finicky, but we really do love the unobstructed view, breeze and privacy from the blackout blind. Invest in Magic Windows, you won't be sorry! Julie Stockdale

When we moved into our house we knew we had a lot of things to upgrade and fix. We fixed up the backyard and decided to purchase Magic Windows window wall! OMG! What a beautiful product. It creates a beautiful outdoor cabana with 2 walls completely opened! In the winder we can stay warm and use the area to watch the snow fall with the window wall closed. We decided to install Magic windows in our entire house! Stunning! No regrets

The consultation with Mike from Magic went very smoothly. He gave me lots of information and examples, allowing me to make an informed decision. The install went very smoothly and quickly. The guys explained how all the latches etc worked. Then Mike showed up to review the installation. I am very happy with my new patio door. The disappearing screen and shade allow us a nice view of our garden.

High quality products and craftmanship, professional installation and customized service! The installer personally measured all windows prior to manufacture to ensure exact fit, then the same installer actually do the installation to make sure everything is properly done seamlessly. The installation crew was prompt and efficient. We had all windows of the entire house replaced and noticed the draft had been significantly reduced during the winter. The solar shades also worked very well to reduce heat from the West facing windows during the summer. The price is a bit on the high side but we expect trouble free windows in the long run. We would highly recommend Magic Window.

The Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product. We had heard about Magic Windows before and he showed us all the the various options for the various styles of windows. The installation people were very courteous and very professional. They install the windows during Covid and we had no complaints about safe distancing and mask wearing. They installed the new windows in a very timely matter and cleaned up the area to our satisfaction. They gave us a good demonstration on how to use the various widows. the also gave us very helpful instruction on cleaning the windows. After the installation we had a problem with one of the screens and it was resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction.. D Evers

Sales person came right away, very friendly and knowledgeable. Installation was promised in about 3 months but actually later advanced to about 6 weeks.Work was done in about 3 hours to full satisfaction. A few days later a screw in the locking mechanism had to be replaced, a matter of 2 min. We are very happy with the door.

Double checking measurements made a difference in my case, allowing the installation proceed seamlessly. The crew was finished in a day and a half for 9 windows. Got a problem? Fix it fast. Got a complaint? Respond and correct it within hours. You only get what you pay for, and in our case we are looking forward to secure, reliable quality for years to come.

We had our bow window, kitchen window and 2 bedroom windows replaced. Our whole house is now magic windows and we absolutely love them. We have blackout blinds on all our bedroom windows and they are the best. Absolutely worth every penny.

Your Sales consultant was direct, honest and helpful. He was prompt in responding to any enquiries and dispelled any doubts I may have had about your products. The installers were courteous, competent and accomodating. They did an excellent job and cleaned up good after installation. My wife was impressed with the overall process, and reminded me that the Magic Team was one of the best service people we have had over the years. I will keep you in mind when time comes for my next project. Finally, I am delighted with the windows themselves. Having the blind and the insect screen integrated into one unit is, I consider a home-run in this industry, Now, with the beauty and quality of the window I do not have to use any window-covering.
